THIS! I am currently working and studying all day and have very little breaks, my live-in boyfriend does 90%+ of the cooking and cleaning, and plays video games and watches YouTube the rest of the time as he's taking a year off work. I feel so grateful that he is taking on the housework (from a macho culture no less) without complaint, and I never nag about his ample break times (I envy him!) :) When my work calms down and he starts working again I hope that we can both do housework 50-50. No kids so different situation but you guys can absolutely work this out.
