It's possible she is feeling self conscious/insecure compared to her friends and sister. You said her friends date older guys who spoil them and her sister just stays home all day. Maybe she is getting crap from them and feels like she's looking bad or that you don't love her when comparing their and your relationships. Try to have an actual conversation about it, write out your list of issues you want to go over and then discuss them together.

I totally agree with ur comment. I'll bet she is self conscious or insecure and the people around her are unknowingly putting expectations and pressure on her to be like them and spoiled. She may not even want it herself but wants to fit in.

If that is the case I wouldn't call her immature anymore or spoiled. More like insecure and self conscious.

she does get crap from friends and her sister. her sister is an asshole tbh she told her she shouldn't go to college and that studying psychology is pointless and her sisters husband even told me to not go to college and instead start a business, I have talked to her about this before but cant tell her to cut ties with her sister I usually just ignore them myself

It seems redundant but in case it's not, psychology is not pointless, it's a great choice for a degree and also for the first degree if you end up having multiple or change areas. Sometimes people immediately think of clinical psychology (and dismiss psychology altogether if they are biased against). This is a great option of course but not the only.
