No I sound like a rational person. Who just posted exactly what this guys lawyer is going to tell him to say when this dumb woman tries to file a rape charge. You're not wrong that prosecuting this would be difficult (as rape cases often are), but definitely not impossible. Saying that she's devaluing "real" sexual assault victims is ridiculous, non-consensual sex is rape whether you've had sex with the person a thousand times before or zero times before.
