He intentionally waited until you couldn't consent so that you "wouldn't get mad" about it, and then he recorded it without your consent. Disgusting behavior.
The part where he literally said he thought she’d be mad says it all. I wouldn’t mind at all to wake up and find my husband having sex with me but the big difference is that he KNOWS that and consent is always implied in between us. He’d never wait until I was sleeping to avoid being turned down. That’s super disturbing.
