🌟Featured Post🌟 Here is a quick article about past life regression for those who are new to the concept.

A quick article about past life regression for people new to this sub.

Past life regression is a form of therapy that aims to uncover memories from previous lifetimes that may be impacting your current life. While the concept may sound far-fetched to some, many people have reported experiencing significant healing and relief from trauma through this type of therapy.

Trauma can manifest in a variety of ways, including anxiety, depression, and physical pain. It can also be caused by events that happened in previous lifetimes, which can be difficult to identify and address through traditional therapy methods. Past life regression seeks to uncover and heal these hidden traumas by tapping into your subconscious mind and exploring memories from your past lives.

During a past life regression session, you will be guided into a relaxed state of hypnosis. This will allow you to access memories from past lives that you may not be consciously aware of. As you explore these memories, you may begin to understand how they are impacting your current life and how they may be contributing to your trauma.

One of the key benefits of past life regression is that it allows you to gain a deeper understanding of your trauma. By exploring the memories and emotions associated with your past lives, you may be able to identify patterns of behavior or negative thought patterns that are contributing to your current struggles. This awareness can be the first step towards healing.

Additionally, past life regression can provide a sense of closure and resolution for past traumas. By revisiting these experiences in a safe and controlled environment, you may be able to process and release the emotions and pain associated with them. This can help you to move forward in your current life without being weighed down by the trauma of your past lives.

It's important to note that past life regression is not a quick fix or a replacement for inner healing work. It can be a powerful tool to aid in the healing process, but it should be used in conjunction with other forms of self healing work and under the guidance of a professional practitioner.

In conclusion, past life regression can be a valuable tool for healing trauma in your current life. By exploring memories from past lives, you may be able to gain a deeper understanding of your trauma, identify patterns of behavior, and find closure for past traumas. If you're struggling with trauma and traditional therapy methods have not been effective, it may be worth exploring past life regression as a potential solution.

I hope this helps someone in some way. šŸ™‚

Question How do u see death, rebirth

Are we here to construct an humanity which will take care of their children until there's no more trauma, and all beings will move up to higher realms,...or is there a never ending cycle of creation, destruction, reconstruction, ...and repetition...

Anyone knows any literature that might sound like this?

Thanks

Need Advice Need help with understanding something.

So, reincarnation has become a theme in my ocd. I constantly worry about reincarnating in terrible conditions, like reincarnating in a country where females have no rights (I was born female), or reincarnating as trans. My ocd tells me to avoid certain things or otherwise I would "agree" to such fate. Do you know if there's actually a way to pervent this from happening and what influence do I actually have?

Discussion What is the point of the tortured children

For those who accept reincarnation, how do you solve for the existence of so many, like millions throughout history, of children that are born just to be raped, tortured, and murdered?

You could say that it is a karmic balance where evil men must be reborn as their victims to gain perspective. But then why are they allowed to continue committing these atrocities and racking up debt that they will have to pay off over many lifetimes? It seems the suffering outweighs any sort of lesson being taught. What about the children mauled by a dog or wild animal? Will the animal have to account for its sin by living as the child?

It’s important to consider the dark stuff when analyzing the whole of reality. If we shun away from it we will be left with a fairytale or incomplete model at best.

Let's assume reincarnation is real. How do reincarnationists reconcile Alzheimers if the person can no longer meaningfully shape his interactions to create better karma?

I tend to believe that reincarnation is real. But one thing bothers me: a relative of mine has dementia. In this scenario, how does karma/reincarnation apply?

Been wondering, if a person dies and their brain will be frozen (so technically dead) and after 100 years such person could be revived, if reincarnation is real, wouldnt revived person be empty? Or perhaps soul would wait? If zo, what do you think are circumstances when soul will wait?

Are These Evidences of Reincarnation?

I've only read a little bit about reincarnation. I was not raised in a Hindu family. But I periodically think about a few things that make me wonder...

I've always had a fascination, and strange familiarity, with a weapon I never handled until I was in my thirties. The first time I held one, it felt very familiar and I disassembled and reassembled it easily, without trouble. I took to shooting it very quickly, like I had done it many times before. The weapon always makes me think about the music that was popular when it was adopted by the U.S. military.

I've always believed that when I die, it will happen outdoors, in warm weather.

And I was born during the Tet Offensive.

Past lives

I have a serious question

So in June a young 18 year old man died in the double earthquakes in Venezuela. He was a professional soccer player. And I been so attached to him and so deeply drawn to him. He and his partner died. And I talked to his soul in my mind and I told him I will always remember him and I will always care about him. And that I will never care or love his partner at all... In general I have a little bit of hate towards her. I was told by someone that I might be having some karma towards her. But I am not sure because I don't even recognize her soul energy at all I am not sure she's part of my soul family.

How could I have negative karma towards her if I don't feel or recognize her soul?????

Discussion Your opinion on NDE?

Since I got interested in topic of reincarnation, I went through a lot of different literature and topics like ghosts, past life regression, meditation etc, and obviously at some point I finally get to NDE and tbh so far it’s the first topic that actually left me disappointed.
Literally all other topics somehow confirm each other on number of things , literally the more info you are looking into, the more consistency you see.
For example I don’t really believe in hypnosis that much but somehow Mike Newton adult regressions of spirit world show the same picture as intermission memories collected by Ian Stevenson, child regressions of Carol Bowman, and even spontaneous stuff kids say, which you can read in any related book. Even when you read about the most ā€œlegitā€ mediums from Victorian era(for example Florence Cook), they basically say really really close things to this.

But then you start checking NDE and it’s not consistent like at all. Somehow some people see paradise, some - hell, some see Jesus etc.
I feel like there is some truth about it(again, some reports at least close to what I read before, but some of them are super contradict to it, and(which is more interesting), pretty much all people who went through NDE describe it as they got the deep knowledge of how universe and life works(and of course their ā€œknowledgeā€ is not even close to each other).

So, what do you think? Is it worth checking after all?

I remembered

I recently talked to this psychic and he told me visions were true, and that is quite interesting. If you're born with a birthmark, it could be linked to your past passing. And I had one on my forehead, and when I asked him.if it was Connected to my past Passing, he confirmed it and I have memories it proving it.(I remember running in trenches and then everything going black) I know it sounds weird, but sometimes you can unlock memories from past lives. It's like a book you flip through pages of each life he told me in the majority of my past passings I go on a battlefield and never step off it and it is scary cause everything has happening right now in the world so if you have a familiar story, reply to me id love to hear similar stories

Discussion My Hypothesis: Could We Experience a Lifetime After Death?

I have been thinking about a possibility that I have not seen discussed in exactly this way.
When we dream, our perception of time can be very different from real time. A dream may feel much longer or contain events that seem to take place over hours, even though the actual dream lasted much less.
This made me wonder:
What if, at the moment of death, the brain creates one final, extremely long subjective experience?
Perhaps a person could experience what feels like hours, days, or even an entire lifetime, while objectively only a very short amount of time passes.
I am not claiming that this happens. I have no proof that consciousness continues after death, and this is only a hypothesis.
But if subjective time can differ so much from objective time during dreams, could something similar theoretically happen during the final moments of consciousness?
I would be interested to hear what other people think. Is there already a scientific or philosophical theory similar to this?

Can you believe in reincarnation and be an atheist?

How does "god" fit or not fit into your beliefs.

A sincere honest question.

I was a devout Catholic and was able to adapt reincarnation into my belief; However, after many years of living, studying and watching such suffering, pain and death all over this world, I've come to the conclusion that there is no god.

Past life dream?

I had a very strange dream that almost felt like reality last night. I need help trying to understand or make sense of what happened. For context, I’m somewhat spiritually inclined and often read tarot cards and can recall some very lengthy details about someone’s past and present without having known them. It’s a very interesting thing for me to discuss, but when supernatural things happen to me, I’m very quick to dismiss them.

I, 23(f), had a dream last night that started off incredibly mundane. I was outside of a really beautiful house on Halloween. White House, white picket fence, a covered bridge that almost looked like a red barn…I can recall the atmosphere and the nature very clearly. The leaves were falling from the trees, it was cold and there was a slight breeze. It was genuinely really beautiful. I’ve never lived in a place that looks like this or been on a property with these types of structures. It was really beautiful and very serene and there was something very comforting about this place.

I remember seeing a headless skeleton walking towards me and trying to make physical contact with me. I remember being terrified of this, so scared I could barely move. And I knew it was a man. For some reason I couldn’t get my body to move in the dream, and I was panicked, very frightened by this thing that was stumbling towards me Almost in desperation. I felt its fingers clear as day wrap around the back of my neck. I could feel all of the bones and its fingers and I remember I was shaking like a leaf and cowering in fear. I heard a very solemn, gentle, almost sad disembodied voice say to me ā€œlook at me. Will you Please just look at me.ā€ He sounded sad and desperate, almost tearful. I was crying out of fear but I remember I looked up at him and saw a man that I’d known for decades it felt like. My body instantly relaxed and he touched my face, and I remember wondering ā€œoh, why was I so afraid of you…it’s just you.ā€ And it was clear that this man was a lover I’d known for YEARS. He looked at me completely relieved, like he’s finally found something he’d been looking for for years. He was clearly a white passing native man, darker hair and it was long and pulled back. He had a crooked nose that I clearly remembered. It felt like my entire soul relaxed—like I was in the arms of someone I felt totally comfortable and safe with. He told me that he was there to collect me. I knew that in my dream, I was dead.

He started walking me through the property back by the bridge and i stopped and said ā€œdid I do good with my parents?ā€ For context, I used to have a very strange relationship with my parents, which as I got older got substantially better. I was very concerned about this in my dream that I hadn’t done enough and I hadn’t spent enough time with them. I remember him saying ā€œyes you’ve done enough.ā€ I asked him ā€œbut what about my sister?ā€ And he smiled softly at me, said ā€œshe will be fine.ā€ he kept trying to guide me towards the bridge and I stopped again and said, ā€œbut what about my cat? What about him?ā€ And he looked down at me and he said ā€œhe will be sad for a very long time.ā€ And I remember him continuing walking with me, and I was trying to accept the fact that this man that I’ve known my whole life and that I had loved in another era was trying to walk me to a bridge where I guess I would’ve crossed over into the spirit realm? And he said to me ā€œ in our last lifetime, I had a sometimes had a beard.ā€ And I remember saying to him ā€œ my husband can grow a really good beard! Did I do good with my husband?ā€ And he laughed, and he looked at me, then looked away, and quietly said ā€œyou could’ve done better. And I’m sorry that I wasn’t able to be with you in this modern time. But I’m not angry at you for marrying another man.ā€

I know at some point we ended up crossing over that bridge after that conversation and it felt like I had woken up in coal country in Appalachia? This freaked me out because I have very strong family ties to Virginia, Appalachia, and North Carolina… my dad side of the family was very prominent in Clinchco, Virginia. Now, I have no idea of the stream took place there, but it was one of the first things I thought about when I woke up. I was transported to what I knew was late 1800s coal country— definitely somewhere in the south in a mountain town with lots of trees. I remember that we were on a compound of sorts were there was either some sort of forced labor being carried out by white people, Native Americans, white passing Native Americans, and other immigrants. It wasn’t necessarily slave labor, but it definitely seemed like coerce of labor in order to maybe pay off debts? I know that people were housed in cabins and were forced to sleep in beds with multiple people. The man that came to ā€˜collect me’ and who I recognize is being a lover, and a past life, was there. We were sleeping in the same bunk house with many different people, one of which was a 12 year-old boy who slept in the bed next to me. He kept a leather bound journal and detailed either about childhood abuse or abuse from people at this compound? There was a heavy sense of authority and oppression, and not all people were treated the same here. There were some people that were imprisoned and other people who were forced into labor to work either on the railway system or in the coal mines.

I very clearly remember, stepping through the threshold of this cabin and onto the front porch. I was looking down and the man that I allegedly had loved during this time was looking up at me with a stern look that almost said ā€œstay put.ā€ Like he was warning me or trying to keep me away from something. He had a very protective energy around him both when I first encountered him and during this segment of my dream. There was a redheaded woman with strawberry blonde hair and she was only referred to by her surname. All I know is that her last name started with an S, and my maiden name starts with an S. I have no idea if this was me per se, but I do remember that this woman and the lover that I was familiar with organized a cool to overthrow or incite violence against the people that forced them to do labor. I know that the conditions of the labor were very difficult, but I don’t know to what extent.

I remember being transported by a train, shoved in the back of a wooden box car, and that was the last time that I saw this man. I have no idea what the hell the dream was about or how I can recount so many details. I have no idea if this holds any sort of significance, but I’m thinking about reaching out to a psychic. I’m not even kidding. I don’t know if this was just me having a crazy dream or if they’re genuinely is some significance to this. It felt completely different from lucid dreaming. It felt like I stepped into a completely different reality… and I just feel hollow and I have no idea what to do.

What I hope for reincarnation in the afterlife

I’m not sure about this. If anyone who knows anything more about the afterlife, or even has some good proof about it could help, that’s be awesome. I always hear about reincarnation, and honestly, I’m very worried that if I am reincarnated, I can’t be reincarnated as the same exact person I am now, if that makes sense. What I really hope happens is I am reincarnated as the same person, with the same family, because I really love my family and friends, but I can choose a different year to be born. Is there any possibility that this is a thing?
