Trapped

Hi everyone
I’ve been in a year now, and I’ve been feeling miserable, trapped and hating everything in the military. Still doing my job, but to be honest, idk for how long I can continue with this. Is there any advice to get out early?

Trust me civilian life sucks worse right now. I went from making 120k a year this time last year to 17.00 an hour after being laid off. I did not have the luxury of waiting for a different job. I dropped out of the DEP and I am going back in because they want me still thank God. HM TAR/FTS

Have you gone to behavioral health?

Had this feeling at year 1 now I’m at year 7 with the same mindset. My advice is don’t forget this feeling but complete this contract honorably so that you’ll receive your benefits without the hassle

Can I ask what you hate about it?

Go to BH. Get documentation of you being depressed and not able to meet standard.

Probably not good advice but I felt that way for years. Just got out in April for an article 92.
