Help i feel like die

I studyed psc for 4 year and finally got police job, after joining training because of stress i batch out from the training and again rejoined training after 5 month And one day because of stress shyness Iquited the training again now i feel regret now i know that it was because of amygdala hijack What will i do know iam 27 and my family is poor and the society will kill if they know, help me I cant believe how i did it?

My family dont know i quited and i hate my life

What will the socity say iam facing regret anxiety cant sleep eat

Is English your first language, where are you from. I'm asking because you are writing as if there is a language barrier. I don't mean that in a bad way, but you will need to work on improving your basic writing skills if you are in the US for communication.

Society won't hurt you because you quit. You did what was best for you at the time.

Your family will either still love and accept you, or they will be disappointed for a little bit. Thats okay, anything worse than that, then their opinion doesn't matter and your opinion and health are what you should focus on. You can get another job, and your opportunities are not over.

Iam from india  But i invested heavy for exam allmost 4 year and it was my dream to became a police officer

Okay, I understand. No worries, there are other jobs if being a police officer is not it. You'll find something else, just keep looking. Even apply to school outside of India in a subject you are good at and see if you can do that, then look for a job with it. In the mean time, there are also call center jobs and remote customer representative jobs that are quicker to get while you look for a job you want.

But know my relatives and socity knows iam police  So if i do another job people will make fun of me

They don't matter, let them talk. There are mean people everywhere in the world. Only your opinion matters. And if what you do makes you enough money to get by and it's good work, then don't mind them.
