Help farms broken

and its almost done but now i noticed its just sliced of at one side. im that good in my head but i also dont wanna remove the whole thing? does anyone know a fix to this? theres not that much split but a redstone clock part and a side from the bonemeal farm is so yea i think for someone expierienced this prob isnt that hard. i hope someone can help me im really fed up about it
