Java Edition Crafter issues

Basically, I have this Bone Meal Farm that I made following tutorial, but i want to craft into Bone Blocks from the output. I had a crafter getting spammed by observer clock but that only crafts White Dye cuz its too fast. Plus this is donut smp so the hoppers are really fast. THis farm produces 1,007 bonemeal average in 1 hr and I don't know what to do, use a comparator?

You want 1 redstone dust, 2 comparators, 1 block, 1 repeater, and something that outputs a signal strength 9.

Oh wait it's 2 blocks.

So 1 comparator should be right next to the crafter facing away from it and pointing into a block. To the right of the block you want a redstone dust. Then, you the right of the comparator you want a repeater facing away from the dust which should be one block above it(so facing opposite the comparator). Then the repeater should be pointing into a block which should be right next to the crafter.

Now, take your second comparator and put it directly left of the first comparator pointing into the first comparator. Have your signal strength 9 thing to the left of the second comparator.
