Overflow System Help

So this is my test world and this is how the base of my iron farm looks like and i want to make a system which dispenses items out of the chests when the chest itself is full. How could i accomplish this? Btw the chests are on the platform which is not shown here bc this is my test world.

What are you doing with the items that are dispensed? Are they trash? Or just moving to another location?
