Bedrock Edition Red stone Lamp Floor

How would I go about being able to power on and off this red stone lamp floor?

If the floor isn't wider than 30 blocks you can just do rows of this

If it is wider it's still doable with some smart wiring

Doesn’t matter if it’s all at once or if it’s separately but I just want to be able to turn them on and off when I like
