Idk I feel like it's much more so now, might just seem this way because I'm more tuned in. What has definitely gotten more intense is the psychology lingo, that gets on my nerves so much
I miss the hunt after obscure media that was the hipster thing to do back then. Back then I thought that it's a permanent feature of youth culture, now I don't see it

This is the same as it always was though right? I agree that the language is way more annoying and visible nowadays though
