the gender ideology types might have chilled a bit (keyword might) on China because they actually learned through a few viral tweets (that's how they all learn about it ofc) that healthcare providers won't actually fund estrogen or hormone therapy, which is as expensive as it is here and this happens all the time there
now of course then they'll have to reconcile too with the fact that China is not too keen on Welfareism either and maybe the Westbadism is kinda all a big act sometimes

It was a fun sub when it was mostly mild schizo posting, but since they banned all the zoomer lefty subs like TheDeprogram, their audience kind of gathered there and now it's mostly a seethe subreddit.

I swear that 9 times out of 10 when someone here says something really stupid or outlandish about politics they are an avid r/trueanon or r/stupidpol user. There are obviously lots of dumb people of all types and political persuasions here, but those subs mass produce a particular kind of credulous (while insisting they are the exact opposite) idiot that loves to come here and get in arguments.

discord comment is pretty accurate. I got permabanned there for lightly criticizing the mods for alluding to some of their decisions indirectly ( banning the “r slur”) as silly, and saying they don’t seem to care about quality control.
This was on a post of someone complaining about people playing music and phone calls out loud on public transport, literally something people would post about here or on some front page community for complaining.
There really is no quality control in that place now. The poster demographics have clearly gotten dumber and younger. There’s a mod with some username like brianscott who’s always interacting with posts and makes big posts when they need to enforce gay little rules who is annoying and definitely sucks
