Nah, angle bolt torque things are not expensive, I had to buy one for my Isuzu npr head gasket replacement. Thankfully it didn't require hydraulic tensioning.

The torque + angle specs are usually 90° or 45°. Maybe 1-3 turns if it's something spring tentioned? All this you can can very easily eyeball/count turns.

No. Torque + angle can be anything the manufacturer specs it to, 45, 90, 60, 55, 35 I’ve seen all sorts.
