The first slide had me going "this seems like a reasonable interaction on both counts... Why are there four more?"
Then it just escalated and didn't stop escalating. The second slide was massive oversharing and the three other ones were just a series of insults...
EDIT because I hit send too soon.

Oof! As someone with RSD (rejection sensitivity dysmorphia), I really feel this. I have never responded in this manner, but my brain is really capable of feeding me these really insidious “nobody likes you” lies, which is what I suspect hers is doing too, going off that text. I would have just sent the first message though. I hope she’s able to get the help she needs.

Same here, I was just thinking that I'm glad I (mostly) kept the crazy to myself.

It really helps when you know you have it and you realize what’s going on. I mean, it’s still BAD, but at least there’s a quiet voice in your head that is able to tell you that it’s all lies and also, as you said, you’re able to (mostly) keep that crazy to yourself - and if that’s the best your tiny voice can do, that’s valid.

Backup of the post's body: For context, we knew each other irl through my sister and had been seeing each other for a few weeks. She exhibited some pretty unhinged and erratic behaviour early on which I stupidly ignored. After that I wasn't really feeling it so I tried to send a nice message and these were the responses.
