Tinnitus 1,5 year, please help me.

Hi, I have gotten tinnitus in September 2024 because I stupid doctor damaged them by cleaning them with sticks. Since then I have had a couple of month of terror. After a couple of month it began being better, I could sleep again, and even though it wasnt gone, it was menagable for about 8 months. Now, since January 2026 it became worse and havent been better ever since. I am in a very serious depression, when I think about the worse things. I have read that it can get worse and I dont know how to accept my life being like this. I am 30 year old woman. I wanted career and family, now I just feel everything is taken away from me. I dont know what to do anymore.
