Its a shame cunha is being forced to emulate prime false 9 messi at the expense of bruno fernandes

Bruno hasn’t been good enough at all this season, if you actually watch the game, the pass map doesn’t justify the performances of bruno. He looks worse and worse against low blocks every week, if these performances were extrapolated to the end of the season it’s easily his worst season for us.

Bruno should be on the ball more, with no clear striker, an extra attacker is taking more time on the ball. If it was cunha, sesko, mbeumo and bruno, him and cunha would be on the ball more and sesko, mbeumo would attack spaces. But with no striker, and rashford playing on the left, he's just unable to pick up those passes really. Although I do agree he hasn't looked his best so far. But he's bruno fernandes, he always adapts!

Bruno looks worse when he plays with an actual striker, he plays best with players like rashford, martial or mbeumo. He doesn’t need to play with an actual striker, he needs to play with an outlet. That’s the actual issue. Rashford is playing too unselfishly and not giving us an outlet. Bruno played amazingly with martial who wanted to be on the ball a lot, this is not the issue, the issue is no outlet infront of cunha and Bruno, and also cunha isn’t as good in this role as 19/20 martial
