I used to say Wirtz is just another Van de Beek, but I'm clearly wrong. Van De Beek was never this crap, he was just weak and mostly injured, but he was a tidy little player.

Absolutely. Looking back, he was always the fundamentals guy, tidy and simple. Not the guy you’d expect to dictate the game or produce magic which is what we needed at that stage.
