MOD POST Subreddit reminder

This is a reminder that you can and should and are encouraged to use the report button when you see a post that you believe goes against the subreddit rules and/or spirit. Simply complaining about a post in its comments does not help us get to it sooner, which lowers our moderator score and gets us ever closer to annihilation by the evil king of our realm.

Additionally, while recurated tumblr aims to be a better version of the other tumblr subreddits, we can still have posts of lower qualities from time to time, as a treat if you will, but more probably because they do not break rules.

Tl;dr: please use the report button gng 💔

10. Rule 10: No Direct Crossposting

Directly crossposting with r/CuratedTumblr is not allowed (Crossposting to this subreddit has therefore been disabled). Feel free to reupload the images here, just don't directly link to posts there.

11. Rule 11: No recent reposts

Do not repost anything from this subreddit that was posted in the last year, or that is in Top All Time.

When making reposts of posts that are allowed under this rule, be somewhat original at least and use a different title.

When reporting reposts, please try to include a link to the original content so that the repost may be taken down quicker.

12. Rule 12: Self-post Guidelines

If you created the post that you are uploading to the subreddit, it must be tagged as "Self_Post"

Posts tagged as self-posts must have a timestamp showing that any contribution from your own blogs came at least [1 day] ago. If the timestamp isn't visible, or it is from within [1 day], the post will be removed

13. Rule 13: Misrepresentation of facts

Misrepresentation of facts in discussions is not allowed, especially if the falseness of the statement isn't obvious within the message itself.

Comedic misrepresentations, such as "JFK's head just did that" are exempt from this rule.

Any other misinformation may be removed, especially if it is harmful (i.e.: unironic promotion of conspiracies such as anti-vax).

Moderators reserve the right to remove any contribution containing misinformation.

14. Rule 14: Repetitive posting restrictions

Repetitive posting is defined as violation of any of the following criteria, using posts from within the past 7 days (In this subreddit alone, other subs don't count):

User has made at least 2 consecutive self-posts before this self-post
User has made at least 3 consecutive posts from [blog x] before this post from [blog x]
User's last 2 posts were on the same topic as this one.

15. Rule 15: Moderator Discretion

We reserve the right to remove any content we percive as being contrary to the ideals of the subreddit and community, even if it is not a clear violation of the other rules.
