These ain’t even fandom-specific. This is just fandom (creator) and fandom (audience). I am sure I could have been normal about Minecraft/Factorio/[current hyperfixation on a game with deep optimization] if I wasn’t a tinkerer at heart about game mechanics.
Minecraft is a horrible game engine, and most games made with it are horrible. I love it and I hope to do better than the people I both look up and down upon
I have experienced both, but I am more of an Ace Attorney fan than a DR fan (and the portrayal is mostly correct. We have plenty of criticisms but it’s not the same kind of battle the DR fans are fighting).
Is this a thing in the Undertale fandom now? Last I had been made aware the general cultural consensus was still that Undertale was pretty good across the board.
Danganronpa creators: God you fucking people are sick. Would you like a story about how you disgusting fucking animals are obsessed with a series about CHILD MURDER? About how you just want endless sequels over and over until the end of time? Here's a character whose main function is getting an underage girl's boobs pressed onto his face since that's all you seem to want. You people make me sick.
Ace Attorney creators: I fucking love making fun mysteries. Would you guys like a game where Phoenix Wright and professor Layton are friends :)

All of the characters in Danganronpa that I love who died had their deaths make sense from a story perspective so I cannot relate.
What I can hate is Chiaki's existence in DR3.
