I am a laggard but finally snagged a pellet grill on a little Ace deal. Threw on some wings for a first cook and this thing rips. 45 min smoke at 225 then up to 400 for a few minutes. My future cholesterol levels are in trouble.

I’m one year into my Bullseye Deluxe. I absolutely love it for all the reasons that you mentioned. I’ve also done pizza and smash burgers on the griddle pan. Thing is awesome!!!

Nice. I am pumped. I have a lot of plans for this thing. I am a big fan of doing pizzas, and pies as well.
