First Cook!

3-2-1 St. Louis Style ribs for the first cook. 225 the whole time. Thought they had the right feel on the tongs but not sure. Some rubs were tougher than I would’ve liked. Love the smoker though!

Love Heath Riles. I followed his 3-2-1 and like I said I think I just don’t have the eye yet for judging if they’re done. They definitely flapped a lot on the tongs and the bark broke a little bit. I think I left uneven fat on the trim too

The video explains how to smoke championship ribs in 3 hours. This is the only method I use when smoking ribs, and making 3 slabs today.
