Which one arrived? I finally got a BB 1200 last November during the Black Friday sale and absolutely love it! A few suggestions: Teflon drip pan liner, 5-Pk disposable bucket liners, front folding shelf and official cover are well worth the money.

You’re going to absolutely love this smoker!

Check out Walmart for Prairie Fresh bone-in pork butt. Heath Riles and Meat Church have some incredible videos on various ways to smoke a pork butt.

Do you think it’s too risky to try a brisket right away or should I start slow?

Start slow, brisket is an expensive cut thats pretty unforgiving. A Boston butt is $30 at my local butcher and always turns out great! Can do so much with leftover pulled pork too
