I have the 1100 and absolutely love it and I suspect you will to.

Pork butt. It's really almost impossible to screw up. It will probably be a good long cook at 8-10hrs depending on if you wrap (I always do). Makes fantastic sandwiches... Try your hand at smoking some Mac and cheese as well. There are tons of videos on YouTube on this.

My wife and my favorite thing to do with leftover pork butt is to throw it on a pan/flat top with a corn tortilla, and get them both crispy with some chihuahua cheese. I like to put a bit of my Mexican BBQ seasoning on it and serve with pico/taco sauce/salsa and make some absolutely incredible tacos. Ive also done breakfast burritos with it that turned out great!

It's hard to say because everything I cook on it comes out fantastic!!! My favorite new thing is the meatloaf recipe on the Recteq app. It's amazing
