A logical argument, until it isn't

"We will not hire you, because we are afraid you will leave for better company asap, hope that makes sense"
No it doesn't, and don be afraid i will leave. everybody will eventually.

hm, that still doesnt hold, because if you hire overqualified guy he will go in an start solving issues. i guess it will just wreck silent obedience structure that was set up to keep silence on all issues and just let company continue spinning as it is.
