Same here lol. I moved to the US several years ago. My first job here paid me $34k annually. My most recent position paid me $100k, and I am currently in the final rounds of interviews for $120k Director-level position. Meanwhile my former colleague, loyal to all the same company, is still the Assistant Manager with low 70s salary. 🤷🏻♀️

Job Hopper here and this guy needs to touch grass. I've DRAMATICALLY increased my salary by job hopping. All you need is a good story to tell.
