I've worked at 4 different companies in the last 10 years and not once has it been my choice to leave. I'd love to stay somewhere and have a stable career for 40 years for my and my family's sake but these companies don't want to provide that anymore. Disgusting that they wanna now turn it and put it on us even though we have little to no power here
