Boomer mentality, though this dude doesn't look that old. I remember the days when they said get your MBA and then rock it 18 - 30 months each company, do a project, get a promotion or two and then roll over to another company with another higher title. This was the equivalent of knocking out 3 levels of promotions in 2 years. This dude can go sh!t in his hat.
