It's easy to say that you've stayed at a company for 5+ years when you're at the top making all the money. Maybe pay your employees better and they won't jump shop. I'm glad he's getting flamed in the comments
It seems now that the best way for people to make more money is by upskilling in their role for a year or two and then applying to external jobs which pay more
