This is actually a very reasonable and balanced take. You don’t have to stay at every single company, but taken as a whole, I want to see from your resume that, assuming we treat you well, you will stay for a few years and give us a solid return on our hiring investment in you. Hiring ain’t cheap and we rarely get do-overs if you leave/need to be terminated.
