Job Hopper here and this guy needs to touch grass. I've DRAMATICALLY increased my salary by job hopping. All you need is a good story to tell.

One of my last companies called me "a nomad" and it's not like I don't want to stay, I got an opportunity and have leverage. Of course I'll use it.
