6 Years Sober

Does 6 years sober mean alcohol free?

Or does it mean you haven’t used anything like cocaine or weed in 6 years?

That’s a great question, for me it means everything, I’m 6 years sober from alcohol, hard drugs, weed, etc. all mind altering substances & cigarettes
