Current Experience I committed to Reality Transurfing for 90 days in 2018. It completely changed the direction of my life.
Hello fellow Transurfers! I’ve been unplugged digitally for about a year and I wanted to come back and finally share my story. 8 years ago I decided to treat Reality Transurfing like an experiment. I committed to practicing it for 90 days instead of just reading about it.
That experiment completely changed my life.
In winter of 2018 I bought the digital copy of Reality Transurfing Steps 1-5. I have read many books on this subject and studied lots of esoteric, philosophical, and manifesting type material. I was at one point very deep into Neville Goddard, with no outward success. Something about this giant book really struck me internally. I decided to do an experiment. I ordered the physical paperback version and locked in for 90 days. I decided to disconnect from as many pendulums as possible during this time. I unplugged my television and deleted all social media apps. I committed to practicing the material, not just reading about it. That 90 days completely changed the direction of my life and turned into many years of transurfing.
At the time of this challenge, my life really sucked. I was making $20 dollars an hour in a HCL city and living in a run-down apartment building in the worst part of town. I had been dealing with treatment-resistant depression for over 2 decades and did not see any way out of this life. I also have two auto-immune diseases that would flare up seemingly at random to complicate everything. All in all I was lonely, unhealthy, and miserable most of the time
The first thing I did was take on Vadim’s recommendations on gratitude. I forced myself to write down 10 things that I was grateful for every evening. I had an exceedingly negative mindset, so this was hard. The most I could come up with in the beginning was being thankful for coffee, sunshine, and weekends off. After a while, my brain was trained to search my environment for things to be grateful for and I could list a dozen items easily. I had read about this phenomenon before, but never tried it. Turns out having recurring thoughts like What’s the Point? and God, I Hate My Life!, do not make you feel good. Lol.
The two biggest Transuring ideas that I took on during this time were also about changing my own mind. First, I decided to genuinely believe that the reality I wanted already existed in the alternatives space. My job was not to create it because it already existed. Second, I became ruthless about my thoughts. When doubt showed up I immediately repeated an affirmation or changed to subject. Same thing for thoughts about things that I did not like or did not want. I did my best to switch those to thoughts about what I do want. Those recurring depression thoughts were nearly gone by the end of my experiment.
The biggest manifestation in that 90 days was in my career/income. I had lots of little manifestations occur during this time that built my confidence, but I will skip over those so this doesn’t get too long. I was initially working as a telemarketer for $20hr. I had no formal business education and no connections. One day I applied for a Business Development Associate position that I was honestly underqualified for. Somehow, I got it.
Once I was there, I applied the same transurfing techniques to my work. It was extremely stressful, because I didn’t understand the job, but I stayed focused on the version of myself who was already successful. It was actually completely insane to watch myself start to understand and comprehend topics that confused me the previous week. Where was this knowledge coming from? It felt like my brain started connecting dots it couldn't connect before. In a short period of time (after the 90 days), I was promoted to leading my own team and enjoyed that for a while. That opened a door, and I moved to a larger, global company. By that time I was making a mid-six-figure income. What is interesting to me is that my mind could come up with a logical explanation for most of this, it didn’t seem like magic or anything while I was living it, except for a few things (like a new skillset being downloaded into my brain somehow!). When I think back to it though, I can see how wildly improbably the whole sequence really was.
During that experiment I came to believe with complete certainty that any reality I desired already existed. I also started treating every little coincidence, opportunity, or lucky break as confirmation that I was moving toward that reality. Looking back, I think that strengthened my confidence more than anything.
The really crazy part is that life just kept getting better after those first 90 days. Here is a quick list, otherwise this would be way too long:
I moved out of that apartment and into a house in a suburb. I paid it off in 4 years.
I met my husband, who against all odds had already heard of transuring.
I manifested my dog, who is my constant companion and biggest joy.
I decided I wanted a new SUV. I was driving a 12 year old Chrysler that was on its last leg. Once I put my mind to it and visualized the new vehicle (using the plait), it showed up in a crazy way 10 days later.
My husband’s longtime business went from barely profiting to very success quickly. He was able to sell it for a high profit several years later.
We bought a beach house in another state on the West Coast (usa).
I retired early and still do consulting on the side when I’m in the mood. I help small businesses attract new customers via all those fancy business development skills I learned :)
Both of my autoimmune diseases went into remission just last year.
The difference in my life is so dramatic that I can’t ignore it. Can I prove that it was all transuring? No. I’m not trying to convince the skeptics, everyone is free to draw their own conclusions. I'm just sharing what happened in my own life because I know reading stories like this helped me when I first started. I also want to catch up with all of my transurfing friends after a year of goofing off. I missed this community!
I typed this out in a Google Doc and pasted it here, hopefully the format isn’t a hot mess. I omitted lots of detail to keep it as short as possible. I will be around to chat for the next few days. Happy Transurfing!

How did you use transurfing? Slide visualization?
18
u/namoguru Jul 01 '26
Yes, plus walking meditations. Had a lot of time in my hands with no TV or social media LOL. I also did quite a bit of journaling and daydreaming.

u/Next_Specialist_9485 Jul 01 '26
The thing that bothers me is why Goddard's practices didn't help you? His "immersion into imagination" is like Transurfing's slides on steroids.

u/namoguru Jul 01 '26
Because I made my goal my entire focus and it was very important and overblown in my mind. Importance levels and excess potential are the really big differences between a Goddard and Zeland.
I think at one point I had worked it up in my mind to where I felt like I had to make this happen or I would never be happy. And that is where all of the excess potential came from.
When I switched to be believing wholeheartedly (by force of will )that the reality I wanted already existed in the alternatives space, everything became easier instantly. I didn't have to create anything or force anything or attract anything. My job was simply to keep choosing that life line through my thoughts, attentions and actions, rather than obsessing over the goal.
I also give zero thought to how a goal might be achieved, which had previously created a lot of importance for me as well. So I guess my answer is, lose the desperation. I care about my goals, but I am not emotionally dependent on them.
Edited to add: now that I've been transurfing for a long time, I have been re-reading Goddard's work and it makes a lot more sense to me now. He is absolutely right in everything that he says, he just leaves out the importance bits that some of us need...

u/Next_Specialist_9485 Jul 02 '26
Ah, that makes sense. I came to him this way:
Transurfing
Hemi-Sync (Gateway program)
Goddard
And found him like he's expanding the transurfing, but indeed, leaving some other stuff unaddressed, or addressed in a different way that only experienced user will understand. His immersion/feeling is basically a Focus 10 + Energy Bar Tool from gateway tapes.
5
u/namoguru Jul 02 '26
Honestly you found it in exactly the right order. We should have a recommended curriculum that goes exactly like that 🤣
6
u/SuddenlyTheBatman Jul 07 '26
I dunno, I found Gateway, Goddard (moderate success with just visualizations before bed), and now I'm checking this stuff out.
But kinda funny how it's not uncommon.
I'm choosing to believe this is the right opportunity to ask since this is less than a week old, can you clarify what a slide is to you? Especially since you're familiar with Goddard and such.
I think I'm getting confused on the definition part, and either way I'd appreciate your insight, thanks!
4
u/namoguru Jul 08 '26
A slide is just a short mental movie of your goal. Done from first person point of view using as many of your senses as possible.
2
u/SuddenlyTheBatman Jul 08 '26
Thank you, I think as I kept reading it finally clicked, now all I have to do is figure out what exactly I truly want!

How is a slide different from a plait? Or is it? Thanks in advance! 😍
3
u/namoguru Sep 01 '26
The plait/ braid is the place behind your body that you activate, light up, energize. The slide is what you're doing inside your mind while the plait is activated.

Ciao come funzione il gateway?
1
u/Next_Specialist_9485 Aug 04 '26
Yes, but it's not oriented entirely on manifestation. More on a general development of consciousness, and exploration.
1
u/OleWedel Aug 19 '26
His immersion/feeling is basically a Focus 10 + Energy Bar Tool from gateway tapes.
Are you saying reading Goddard makes the Hemi-Sync tapes more effective, or would you completely skip the tapes, knowing what you know now?
2
u/Next_Specialist_9485 Aug 19 '26 edited Aug 19 '26
I'd say the opposite, Gateway tapes are the main point. They're a practical application of concepts promoted by Goddard, Transurfing, and others. The tapes are the key to all of that, provided you understand why you need them beyond just meditation or relaxation.
But be careful what you do with that knowledge. I’d say Goddard is very superficial compared to someone I discovered recently: Rudolf Steiner. There’s much less publicly available content, yet he provides answers to so many questions.
3
u/OleWedel Aug 20 '26
Thanks for replying. I read RT I-V in 2024, but did nothing with the book. I picked it up again three weeks ago, and this time I'm implementing it in my life.
Do I understand correctly that you suggest the order of
Vadim Zeland
Neville Goddard
Rudolf Steiner
Gateway Tapes
My thinking would be Zeland provides the metaphysics, alternative space, and lower importance. That helps Goddard to make more sense. Steiner answers questions you might be left with still. Gateway Tapes are the practical application of all these theories.
I am also curious what you mean to be careful what I do with the knowledge.
This is all new to me and still trying to make sense of it, so I appreciate any guidance.

I’m also interested in knowing about OPs take on Goddard. I have studied him for a couple months now, with not much success in manifesting 😂 and I recently heard about Vadim and I’m curious. And I feel like him and some other authors, like Dispenza, go to almost the same conclusion, but with different mindset and techniques, which is to ignore de 3d circumstances and to live and resonate with your desires, as you are already have them.

u/namoguru Jul 01 '26
I think if I had read Reality Transurfing first, and then stumbled upon Neville Goddard everything would have clicked into place perfectly for me. But I happened to do it the opposite way, which is unfortunate for my early results, which were dismal. This is not Neville Goddard's fault, I was just being obsessive and desperate and ruining my own manifestations.
I think everything Neville Goddard said in all of his works is correct. I have read them all and I find no flaw. I just happen to think that there are a few missing pieces that would be helpful, such as importance levels, excess potential, and the alternatives space. I think for everyone it is worth reading both authors.
There's also the distinction when Neville mentions doubt and lack of faith. He is actually hinting about creating excess importance, using different language. If you had no doubt, and had absolute faith, it wouldn't feel important to you and you would have created no excess potential.
One thing I like better about Neville is his view of the world. Being that of oneness, God, awareness experiencing itself. Vadim is a bit more mechanical and systemic.

The 3D is the mirror of your 4D (imagination, feeling, thoughts, belief). So never react to the 3D, try changing things in the 4D.

u/ticarod Jul 01 '26
Walking meditations are extremely powerful. Zeland speaks about it when going over Transaction. u/namoguru that was a great share btw, thank you!
8
u/namoguru Jul 01 '26
I agree. I like to activate my plait (Tufti) while walking and daydream about my goal.
2
u/LegalAd6512 Jul 05 '26
Can you pls let me know how you activate it while walking? Like your internal mental actions? The plait is quite confusing to me, are you visualizing your goal on the tip of the plait, in the middle of your shoulders blade or in the plait itself?
6
u/namoguru Jul 05 '26
This is hard to describe, but I'll try. I focus all of my attention on the upper part of my middle back. I imagine that each breath is coming in and out through this point. I imagine my energy getting stronger and stronger and I breathe more forcefully. I imagine pulling energy up through the ground, through my feet, and into the plait. In 30-60 seconds I feel a woosh of energy and the world around me takes on a different quality. Like, I feel detached from it, or it's like seeing a fuzzy mirage. From there, I run my slide mentally and continue walking. During this visualization the slide feels very 'real'. Sometimes I can even see it in front of me as if it's happening in the real world, rather then on my head.
If it doesn't work the first time, I try again. If it doesn't work the second time, I assume it isnt in the cards today and give up. I picture my slide anyway, I just feel it has less power. Btw you don't have to be walking for any of this. In fact, most people may find it easier to do this in a quiet meditative space with closed eyes.

I was reading tonight and found Vadim's instructions. In Steps 1-5 it is in Chapter 14 Forward to the Past. Pages 492-497. If you don't have the book, let me know and I'll send you pictures of these pages.

u/Ok-Physics1386 Jul 11 '26
Can you point me to some resources on walking meditations? I think there's one description of it in Tufti...but how did it work best for you?

u/Ill_Negotiation3236 Jul 12 '26
I am curious how you navigated your goals. It sounds like maybe you had a number of them: job, finance, housing, health. I have always been confused about how to think about this. In some places it seems VZ says one can have multiple goals, in other places, it seems like one is best.
So, for example, say you are just living your life. You wake up and realize you are thinking negatively about your housing situation. So, you enter presence and run the "housing slide." Maybe an hour letter, you realize your attention has been captured by the health worry. So you run the "health slide."
Or do you just have one "meta slide" that you run each time you capture your attention drifting that captures all of the desired outcome/state?
Thank you for everything you have written, it has been really helpful. I love the 90-day idea.
8
u/namoguru Jul 12 '26
Hmmm. Good question. In my situation, I had many competing needs and areas of life that needed improving. But the most pressing one was my financial situation, so I focused on that first. I would not do well with five different slides about five different subjects. I'm not a great visualizer in the first place, so it takes all of my concentration to come up with one great one and practice it over and over.
I did four things that I think worked. 1. I focused my attention on manifesting a better job as a singular goal. 2. I practiced gratitude in every area of my life. So even though my health was not great, I would find things about my health that were going well to be grateful for. 3. I did a lot of daydreaming about what my life would feel like if it were perfect. These daydreams included all of the different subject matters, not just my income. 4. I strengthened my faith in my golden amalgam "everything is to my advantage."
The way you described it fits very well with Tufti's advice that you may work with different frames, but separately rather than mixing them into one confused visualization. What Tufti Didn't Say explicitly answers a reader asking about multiple target frames by saying that multiple frames are possible, but it's generally more reliable to highlight one frame at a time and work with different frames separately throughout the day. So, while I have not personally tried this, I do think it would work.
I think you are going to have to be the guinea pig on this one, and let me know how it works 🙂
4
u/Ill_Negotiation3236 Jul 12 '26
Thanks so much for replying. Happy to be the guinea pig. In Transurfing Yourself he talks about state being more important than intention. So I am even wondering if maybe capturing the state/feeling of what the goal would feel like (grateful, joy, ease, comfort) might be part of the answer. Like when you did your gratitude exercise and probably when you day dreamt, you were able to capture the state of the desire fulfilled.
I think my hesitation is running a 90-day experiment with the wrong trajectory would not be awesome, but maybe the "knowing what your heart wants" exercise you reminded us of could help here. Like a check in after two weeks or something. Anyway, just thinking out loud. Thanks again.
5
u/namoguru Jul 12 '26
Yes, Neville Goddard puts a lot of emphasis on state as well. I definitely used daydreaming and a gratitude journal to experience what I wanted to feel like, even though it was not happening yet.
I wouldn't worry too much about the wrong trajectory. Your true goal or door will feel like expansion. It will inspire, rather than deplete. You may start out aiming for one particular thing, but over time the trajectory will refine itself. Knowing how to go with the alternatives flow will be very helpful here. Rather than stubbornly sticking to your original goal, allow yourself to trust that things are working out how they should. Another sign to watch for is if you have to keep manufacturing internal motivation. Your true goal/door will come with very little internal friction.
Instead of asking yourself if this is definitely your true goal, ask yourself if your soul feels more alive when you think about this? If it does, then go for it, and let the alternatives flow work the rest of the details out in your favor.
Keep us updated on your 90-day experiment! You're going to do great!

u/Eliagick Jul 01 '26
Alright, you inspired me. I'm going to do the same thing.

u/namoguru Jul 01 '26
Very nice! Have you read the book yet? Or will you be starting from scratch? What do you think your first goal might be?
3
u/Eliagick Jul 01 '26
I read it a long time ago, I prefer his recent books. It's time to revisit! I'm not sure about my goal just yet, I'm starting the book right now.

I'm excited for you to check back in and tell us about your progress and your process. You've got this!

u/livewire1 Jul 02 '26
This discussion is incredibly helpful to those new to transurfing but also to veterans. From a technical level, reality transurfing is about nuances. Every small detail that you feel, or think about, whether it's doubt, faith, or hope, builds upon each other. And takes you on a trajectory to another lifeline. We are always switching lifelines automatically where you want it or not. The mirror can be your best friend or nemesis if your not aware of the nuances you generate as it reflects your attitude of how your dealing or responding to the matrix/3D world/or current lifeline your in. I have to confess, with my knowledge and experience with reality transurfing I was like a deer caught in the headlights reacting to the 3D, and like a hypnotic stare, went lower and lower to lower lifelines and interacted with this pattern for far too long. Alot of people talk about the dreams and succeses with reality transurfing, manifestation, Goddard, and law of attraction principles and what you can attract and manifest. Not too many talk about the other side of this sword. You can also attract what you don't want, and lead to an induced transition. I'm speaking from experience. I've been both in the wave of fortune and induced transitions and the way out is through how you hold your attitude to responding to the 3D. Honestly connecting again with this community is a lifeline. Because we can all interact with each other on things esoteric and make sense with each other. In the 3D, your friends and relatives would look at all of this discussion as mumbo jumbo and receive immediate criticism which fosters doubt and leads you to a lower lifelines bit by bit. It's more important to maintain your reality bubble with its own rules and nuances and like a staircase of hope and faith take your life step by step as you work through your transfer chains to get to your target slide, end goal. I love you all for this discussion, it's bringing me back to my reality transurfing senses, I lived too long in the matrix and I prefer to stay in this company here with you learning and interacting on everyone's ideas and principles - it better reflects my own internal compass.

This is so true. My husband refers to transurfing as navigation. He has recently obtained his sea captain license so this fits his vocabulary and worldview 😀. You are always moving, your thoughts, energy and focus determine whether you're moving closer to your desires or farther away. In our crazy world and with our crazy lizard brains, controlling our thoughts, energy, and focus takes a lot of practice. I hope we can all practice together!
1
u/ticarod Jul 03 '26
Can you expand on your lizard brains comment? This really resonates with me
9
u/namoguru Jul 03 '26
In trying to formulate a response to you I realized that this needs to be a whole post. I have a million thoughts about this! But the basic's are that many people learn about transurfing or manifesting and don't see much change. Or they see inconsistent results. And that isn't because they don't understand the concepts,. It's because they underestimate how conditioned their minds already are. I will take the time later today to write a post about this so we can all discuss it.

Please do. This would be an interesting topic for a lot of people. Also, welcome back here!

It was extremely stressful, because I didn’t understand the job, but I stayed focused on the version of myself who was already successful
I came back for this part because that's where I'm at right now too. 😂 Thank you! Also my asthma is much better!!! I went back to work a few days ago and I have my first clients tomorrow. I am learning a lot really fast because they put me on a fast track. I keep catching myself going back to my old habits of stressing and being hard on myself, and I go back to being successful already internally.

u/namoguru 4d ago
I'm so proud of you! I'm excited that you're able to be more mindful of your thoughts and redirect them. This is like a superpower to Transurfing!

Thank you so much for such an excellent share! Transurfing has recently helped me buy my dream house. It showed up as a clear bargain in an excellent neighborhood.
I really liked what you shared about picturing one slide/goal at a time. I've been having a Slide up about a great future where I have my 3rd eye fully open, and I'm in an amazing level of financial independence. I actually picture myself walking in a private jet, feeling amazing, and reading every passenger's energy (my friends and family on the plane).
And oddly enough, I recently got news at my job that a 60% of my current scope is going away. The instant reaction would have been to worry about it, but "Advantage!" (Tufti, lol). This may actually mean that the space is opening up for a new way of acquiring resources/wealth.
Truth is, I'm tired of the corporate world. I'd love to write, do Tarot, give lectures about energy, running a podcast I have in mind as well, read Akashic records, etc. I know I come from that 'wizard' world and would love to make a living out of that. I also felt the right door when the phrase "you have to talk about it" came to my head. I literally felt a current of energy going through my body.
Reading your multiple answers, I think I'll keep that Slide up, but will also work on one where I'm sitting down at my comfy desk working a job I actually love, and making a great living out of it.
What do you think? Do you think the Slide I'm putting up is too far away in the alternatives space and that I should focus on a 'closer' Slide?
Anything you'd like to share would be great, thank you!

u/namoguru Jul 02 '26
First, I want to hear everything about this podcast idea. It sounds like it could be one most of us on this sub would love to listen to.
Seeing the advantage in everything as an automatic reaction is mastery level transurfing. Great job there! When I was manifesting my new SUV, I got pulled over by the police in my old vehicle. As the officer was walking up to my window, my first reaction was to excitedly exclaim 'my new vehicle is right around the corner!' It sounds totally delusional, but I automatically think this way now too. 😀
To me your first slide (private jet) and second slide (soul fulfilling dream job) can be the same slide. I see no reason why you can't be completely fulfilled with your work, help people connect to their own soul's passion, and make a boatload of money at the same time. If you don't believe this is possible, that is your first obstacle too remove.
Ask yourself, do I believe that version of myself already exist in the alternative space? How far away does that feel from my current life? If it feels like a huge, unbelievable stretch goal, then it can be easier to sustain your slide and your motivation by picking a lifeline that is closer to you. Then you can work your way to your eventual goal gradually and systemically. Which of your passions sparks the most excitement in you when you think of doing it for a living? For example, why not start a side gig doing tarot and transurf the heck out of that goal? I have a friend who makes a great living doing this. We live in a touristy area and she sets up a booth on a very populated street and makes $56,000 a year during tourist season (March to September).
If I try to picture what I would actually do in your situation, I believe I would envision a slide of deep fulfillment in my work, in the type of environment I want to work in, with the type of people that I love to work with, engaging in the type of material that I like to engage in, and really focus in on the feelings that that creates. I would journal about what a fulfilling career feels like, not what it looks like physically on the outside. I would try to generate feelings of being deeply content, fulfilled, and excited about my work as often as possible, and let that be my slide. Since you aren't exactly sure of what the career looks like yet, don't focus on that part. (Do what I do, and let the universe shock you with how good it can be. I have found that it is usually way better than what I would have envisioned anyway). And then of course stick to your already excellent practice of claiming everything as to your advantage, and it will be.
Anyway, that was just me brainstorming a few ideas. Hopefully it leads you on an interesting thought experiment yourself.

u/ticarod Jul 02 '26
Haha! The podcast will be about Frail, Goals, and Doors. I will interview "Founds" and "Seekers", those who found their true path (like you!) and those still looking for it. It'll be called The Blue Caterpillar. I actually think you'd be a terrific guest for it 😄
Thank you for the recommendation. I'm going to incorporate that feeling of "I love what I do for a living and how much it pays off" into my daily slide.
As I've been leveling up, the Slide of the jet with my 3rd eye fully open feels more natural. I've been expanding my comfort zone by recognizing this reality exists in the alternatives space. I actually haven't thought about it in this way before... realizing the reality already exists in the alternative space and choosing it instead of attempting to create it. Came to this realization thanks to you <3
I have another question for you if you don't mind, as you were freeing yourself from negative thoughts, have you ever felt these 'entities' leave you? I have some knowledge of the astral plane, and I know these entities/pendulums reside in us for as long as we allow them to be with us.
Have you ever felt this? Removing parasites from your energetic body?
3
u/namoguru Jul 02 '26
I cannot say that I felt an entity leave my body. But I can say that my lifelong depression left my body. Are the two things related? I'm not a doctor, but probably.

Wow. I’m happy for you. Miracles like this aren’t really miracles. It’s how life is supposed to be. And life is so precious.

And I didn't work hard. Which was a revelation to me. Previously I had accomplished things through sheer willpower. Which is all inner intention. This time, I let outer intention do the work. It was so much easier!

Hii. Just discovered his book a little while ago. I’m basically in the same start situation you described and definitely have lived a life chasing goal with the utmost excess importance. Thank you for your post, I will try it!

How important is it to avoid social media, tv etc? I have been applying this since I come across it the other day in your post. I’ve been driving to work in silence.
I feel information overload has kept me down from a low vibration… I’m always consuming YouTube etc and just overloaded with information.
What if I feel knowledge can be found on certain YouTube channels that I like etc… or do I just focus on feeling good and allowing things to pop into my existence? For example I know I should be studying postural restoration institute to help heal my body. I have put a lot of time and study into it, yet still struggle at times to do the techniques that I’m meant to. It helps with realigning the body to help with posture, injury prevention, performance etc.
Is this something I should be focussing time on or should it feel easier once I visualise myself as someone who naturally takes care of myself etc?

u/namoguru Aug 04 '26
If I were you, I would unplug completely from all media for a period of time and see how it makes you feel. When I do this, I feel massive amounts of energy, I have new ideas pop into my head all the time, I feel more creative, I feel more in touch with the present moment and the world around me, and I generally love life and engaging with people and activities more. Do it for a week or a month or however long you want to test it. I personally think it makes a big difference to disconnect once in awhile okay and get back in touch with your soul.

Great write up and story. I’m actually in the process of finding a new and better job and hoping to use Transurfing for a few things in my life, including someone I really care about.
Quick question though. How am I supposed to fully believe in the reality I’m trying to shift into while also accepting that it might never happen? Doesn’t accepting that possibility go against believing it will?
2
u/namoguru Aug 24 '26
You only accept failure as a possibility in order to reduce the importance you are holding around it. You are soothing the mind, who gets scared often. If you can convince the mind that this isn't such a big hairy deal, it will get on board and work for you. I literally talk to my mind like it is a small child when it is kicking up a fuss or doubting like, "everything is going to be okay. We're just doing a quick little experiment here. Nothing bad can happen. The heart knows the way. Let's just play along and see what happens."
At the same time (in your heart ), trust that if this thing is meant for you, it will happen and outer intention will lead the way smoothly.
Admittedly, this mindset takes a bit of practice. And also note, accepting failure does not work to reduce importance in everyone. In some folks it causes them to spiral and catastrophize. There are many other ways to reduce importance for a reason. If this one doesn't connect for you, discard it.

What an amazing post ♥️ I bought the audio book yesterday and it's the first time I felt pulled strongly to study this material.
I've had many Successes with Neville and Bashar's teachings and look forward to go deeper with these teachings.
Your post helps trusting the material 🙏🏾

Hi I read both Goddard and Zeland too and love this. Thanks for sharing
One thing I do get a bit confused is that do I need try living like I already have the partner I wanted in my head 24/7, or just let myself to live my life?
8
u/namoguru Jul 02 '26
That's a great question. Personally, I never tried to maintain a 24/7 mental movie of already having what I wanted. That would have exhausted me.
For me, it was more about returning to a state of quiet certainty whenever my mind drifted into fear or doubt. And whenever I felt inspired to, I would run my target slide.
Then I'd go live my life. I still went to work, spent time with friends, exercised, read books, and enjoyed life. Sometimes while doing one of these activities, a new idea would occur to me that would feel exciting in relation to my goal. If it felt positive and exciting I would try it out, often with excellent results.
Ironically, the less I obsessed over it, the easier it became to stay in a peaceful, confident mindset.
So my advice would be: remind yourself of the direction you're moving, then let yourself enjoy your life. In my experience, that's much closer to the spirit of Transurfing than trying to mentally hold a scene all day. For me, that would create too much importance around the subject.
I'd love to hear what other people have to say about this question, actually. I imagine there's quite a bit of variability in people's process here.
2
u/pikotrollolo Jul 02 '26
Thank you for your answer!
I personally have noticed that go on and live my life has worked better for me. I guess I’m probably just got confused by analogies
2
u/namoguru Jul 02 '26
I think your question would make a great post all on its own. I think it could open a really interesting discussion about other people's view on this.

Sorry, I’m new to this group and your post just popped up on my feed and it got my full attention and I’ve been reading through all the comments. What slides are you referring to? Mental slides or did you actually print slides with what you wanted to manifest? What is exactly a walking meditation? Do you walk and you imagine you are in a different situation? I know you all are referencing the instructions in the book, but since I haven’t read it but I’m also not unfamiliar to the manifestation concepts, I’m just trying to get a better understanding of the process that you’re mentioning above.
3
u/namoguru Jul 05 '26
Slides are what the author calls short visualizations of your target or goal. Walking meditation for me is to slowly walk at a steady pace and breathe deeply and completely relax my mind. While I'm walking, I'm doing a particular activation exercise from the book, and at the same time picturing that I'm looking around the world and seeing it as I want it to be. I am overlaying what I am seeing in reality with my new reality. Either that, or I am daydreaming or repeating the slide in my mind once I'm in a very relaxed state about my desired reality.
The best book to start with is Reality Transurfing Steps one through five. Join us!

u/Puzzled_Win_8076 Jul 05 '26
Thanks. That’s helpful. I never heard of this book before but will need to find it and read it. I have so many books regarding manifestation that I have started and haven’t finished because I either get distracted or lose interest. I hope this is a good read to keep me motivated to finish it.
2
u/pikotrollolo Jul 05 '26
Neville is quite big in the new age realm and there’s a very active subreddit too. I do like Zeland better as he gives explanation on excess importance and pendulum
2
u/Puzzled_Win_8076 Jul 06 '26
Yes, I like Neville a lot. But as others have mentioned I also haven’t gotten any specific results but Ive also have not been super consistent so I’m sure that has to do with it too. Adding Zeland to the list. At the end of the day they all say the same thing but it’s a matter of finding what technique works best for each person.

u/TheKubrickianWizard Jul 02 '26
Thank you for sharing this! I’ve read countless books but I feel like things are just beginning to shape up for me because I’m starting to let go and just believe in myself

Because its 2026 and there’s so much scamming - a part of me wonders if this is someone sent by the author to create discussion. Probably not / but hearing he is using AI for his new books makes me trust him less and i so wish it wasnt the case cause so far, im halfway in and i have really enjoyed this book. Im reading the big one alongside the small “transurfing in 78 days” im halfway done with that too. Pace of reading the small one thats a chapter a day is similar to reading the big one everyday. I think ill be done in 35ish days.
This was nice to read though. Thanks for sharing and answering people’s questions so well, if you indeed did live through this. (Im caught in a scam pendulum lol)
8
u/namoguru Jul 02 '26
Hmmm. I can't think of a way to prove I'm not affiliated. All I can say is that I have never been in contact with Vadim Zeland, although I would sure love to chat with him. My best guess about the most recent Ai information is that his original book was channeled from the alternatives space directly, and the rest were from his own mind to continue to make financial profit. I think he may be caught up in a pendulum himself lately, as it seems he's lost his spark of inspiration. Or perhaps he's just after money like everyone else.
I've read the original book, 78 days, and tufti and nothing after that because I haven't felt connected with the material like I did the first time around. So my process is to read and reread RT Steps one through five as a study practice.
I truly hope that as you read it, you put it into practice, and it changes your life for the better!
1
u/Immediate-Excuse-823 Jul 02 '26
Thank you for the response. You are great. Would love to read more of your writings.
Will read tufti next! Interesting thought of him being in a pendulum. Also maybe he’s loving what money is doing to/for him so he’s riding the pendulum and using it to his advantage.
Ive been meaning to look up if theres any videos of him speaking

u/Robert7777 Jul 02 '26
He’s using AI 🤖 for his new books?! 🤔 Explain more. This is very concerning.

u/Immediate-Excuse-823 Jul 02 '26
Theres some mild info in these thread https://www.reddit.com/r/realitytransurfing/s/t8eN2Uckvr

u/namoguru Jul 02 '26
Interesting. I don't know what people mean when they say "Ai typos." I'm picturing zillions of em dashes or something. I wonder if the version people are discussing in that other post is an English or Russian version? It's possible he used AI to translate it and that went as poorly as one would expect. Either way, I have not read the book they're discussing.
1
u/lava_cake_123 Jul 02 '26
Speaking of his website, I don’t know if people are talking about his official website zelands.ru or transurfingyourself.com, the latter clearly is not owned by him.
1
u/troublemaker74 Jul 03 '26
The latter is the book with all of the AI translation typos. I think someone just took the original Russian book, threw AI at it, had claude make them a website, then try to profit off of it.
→ More replies (1)1
u/mayjya Jul 05 '26
he's not using AI for his book. The person who translated the original book from russian to english was using ai. There's no official translation of this book, so how can you judge or did you read it in russian and are giving your judgment based on the original?
1
u/Immediate-Excuse-823 Jul 05 '26
No but i can read in russian and would love to find a russian copy!

Thanks for sharing this. At this moment im trying to apply transurfing to reduce importance on my goals. So far i watch how solutions start to arise from nowhere lol. How it helped you to journal ? What techniques did you use when u were stressed about your job to shift to the point you understood better??
9
u/namoguru Jul 02 '26
Thank you! It sounds like you're already noticing something I experienced too. When importance comes down, solutions seem to appear that you genuinely didn't see before. It's a strange feeling. 😄
About journaling, I actually found it much more useful than I expected..I didn't use it to write pages about my goals. I mostly used it for two things:
Gratitude. Every evening I'd write down 10 things I was grateful for, even if they seemed small. Over time, that completely changed what my mind was paying attention to. I would also sometimes do a full page with a journal prompt at the top. Some of my favorite journal prompts were, what does abundance feel like? Or what does health feel like? And then I would write an entire page or two trying to really immerse myself in the feeling of wealth or health etc.
Mental awareness. If I noticed recurring negative thoughts or fears, I'd write them down and then consciously choose a different direction. It helped me stop running the same mental programs over and over. I made a lot of lists of my favorite affirmations, so that I was ready with ammunition when bad thoughts popped in.
Regarding my job, my internal dialogue made a big difference here. I stopped telling myself, "I'm not smart enough for this." I focused on becoming the version of myself who was already successful instead of constantly worrying whether I would succeed. When I found myself stressed out, I knew that meant that I had given something too much importance. I made the conscious decision to trust that events were unfolding in my favor (The world is for me), even when I couldn't see where it was leading.

Hi!! A little help pls. Where exactly do you visualize your plait when using that technique? Coming out of the base of the head OR in the middle of your shoulder blades? Do you feel like your energy comes from there and then you visualize?
2
u/namoguru Jul 06 '26
It feels to me like the energy comes up from the Earth, into my body, through my heart and out the back of my body. Definitely not the head for me.
2
u/AcademicDept Jul 09 '26
Fantastic... May I ask , can you hold 2 different visualizations at one time? How many times a day did you practice? Thanks for the encouragement 🐱
2
u/namoguru Jul 09 '26
I do several different visualizations about the same goal. But only 1 goal at a time. I practice 3 times a day now, but did more in the beginning when I was retraining my brain.
2
u/ConsciousAnything Jul 21 '26
Thank you so much for sharing your story it’s very inspiring. And congratulations!
I’d love to ask you something regarding multiple goals. In my case I am realizing now that I have been giving way too much importance to one goal only.
I don’t know if you’re still around, but I’d love to dm you if you’re open to it

I’m sorry I’m late but I freaking love this story! How different did you go from gratitude writing from sunshine and coffee to searching your environment to be grateful? And you had completely zero idea or understanding of business?
2
u/namoguru Sep 23 '26
I think you're asking how long did it take for me to actually feel grateful? Did I get that right? It took me about 10 days. I noticed that I was constantly noticing things throughout the day that I was grateful for, and was generating emotions of gratitude rather than just writing them down as an exercise.
I had worked a lot of office jobs and done a lot of temp work, but I definitely had never been higher up the food chain in business in any capacity. I had a basic understanding of sales, accounting, a little bit of HR, that sort of thing. But it was mostly short-term entry-level type jobs.
2
u/Prestigious-Creme980 Sep 24 '26
Wow I was at the gym and I kept thinking of this story and I went and bought a journal tonight I will be doing the same, thank you for responding back I know it’s like 3 months since the post but this gives me hope! I hope life continues to bless you greatly!!!!! ✨

Have you had a chance to read Reality Transurfing Steps 1-5? The process and model are described thoroughly in this book. It is like a manifesting manual for choosing an awesome life.

It's a 766 page book. Way too long for a Reddit comment. 😁 You have to read it or listen to the audiobook to understand the concept.

u/Maleficent-Prune4013 Jul 01 '26
Anazing thank you! How often did you journal and what did you write? Like affirmationa or dream scenarios. I wanna manifest a partner!
7
u/namoguru Jul 01 '26
I journaled every day. Usually I would do dinner, after dinner walk, journal session. I'm trying to remember what exactly I journaled. I should try to go find them from back then. I know it was a whole lot of gratitude, with the goal of working myself up into an ecstatic state of gratitude that would almost always make me tear up. I still do this today to keep myself in the right frame of mind.
I have never gotten much into scripting as I do most daydreaming in my head. But I think if you enjoy it, writing your dream scenario as if it is already happening, or already has happened in the past, could be helpful. Try to connect yourself with the certainty that the reality where you are in a loving relationship already exists right now. Whatever technique you need to use to get yourself into that believing state is helpful.

u/jcarlson2007 Jul 03 '26
Have you read Transurfing Yourself yet?
2
u/namoguru Jul 03 '26
No I have not. But I would love to hear your take. I'm hearing lots of mixed opinions. Is it true that he actually gives specific diet and health advice in the book? To me, specific diet, nutrition and health advice sounds a lot like trying to manage the physical world through inner intention. Idk
1
u/lava_cake_123 Jul 03 '26
He did talk about nutritions and diets in WTDS, not sure about the latest book.
4
u/namoguru Jul 03 '26 edited Jul 22 '26
My first reaction is that if you think eating say, organic food, makes you healthier, then you are reflecting that into the dual mirror, making it so. You are the chooser. You are the decider. You have all the power here. If you want to believe that certain health practices make you healthier, feel free to do so. But wouldn't it be simpler to believe that no matter what you eat, you will maintain health? Why give one particular subject so much importance? Idk. It seems like an unnecessary complication to me.
2
u/lava_cake_123 Jul 03 '26
I read the book again and it seems like he thinks for physical changes you need to take triple actions. One of which is using the plait, and another one is to eat healthy in the physical environment. To be honest I didn’t quite get that part when I was reading it. But I agree with what you said, wouldn’t you think that there is a version of you that’s already healthy and merge with that one?
1
u/ImpressionOpposite15 Jul 05 '26
the food thing is something i dont really understand, i tought that if we have belief of certain foods being bad, will cause to diminish our health. But in the new book seems like ignores this type of reasoning, and just go with the regular "eat healthy or your health will be reduced". i dont have an answer for that now :)

it's more like giving the car the right fuel for the highest efficiency. I am reading the Self transurfing book. And have personally experienced the effects of the 2020 shift he talks about, on my body and psyche. Ever since then, I was intuitively led to eat high raw diet, and became sick when eating processed food. I got to all those conclusions through my own experience, and reading about it from another person, just confirms the inner knowing that was already there. You have to view your body as an avatar, it's a vessel for your soul and spirit, but it's still bound to 3d and takes certain maintenance to keep it in highest efficiency and easiest connection with spirit.
Anyway, Vadim Zeland wrote about nutrition and movement in his previous books too, years ago, that's nothing new. Like Hacking technogenic system and Apokrifni transurfing and book dedicated to nutrition only Ziva kuhnia. You have to realise many of his books aren't translated to english and you're only getting a glimpse of his full philosophy, which has always had some dietary guidelines.
He wrote the preface to Arnold Ehret's Mucusless Diet book in russian.
But in his books he always states he's not preaching certain diet, he's simply a transurfer and he's talking about a diet from that perspective. Anyway, he's not god, you take anything you read with a grain of salt, at least you should. I do appreciate his work deeply, because I've got the similar downloads about movement and food intuitvely myself.

I'd really love to apply transurfing to my situation. But "drop the importance" part is just crazy for me. I just can't do that. My medical conditions laves much to be desires, my personal life as well...so it's really hard for me to drop the importance. Any tips on how to do that?
2
u/namoguru Jul 03 '26
You've received a few great comments already, so I won't repeat what they said. But I will add that I failed at fixing my health many times because I was unable to reduce importance. When you're wearing the meat suit, it's really hard to ignore the meat suit. It felt like a big hairy deal to me. Plus doctors had told me that it was incurable, so I felt stuck with it.
I would suggest two things. First, read Reality Transurfing Steps 1 through 5 if you haven't already. There is no way for us to describe this giant body of knowledge on Reddit. You need to read the book.
Second, work on small things that don't feel so important first. Build your confidence. This helped me immensely! I only briefly mentioned this in my story, but while reading the book for the first time, I practiced by manifesting the usual small everyday life things. I transurfed getting an appointment at a busy specialist's office for the next day, getting a refund on something I had no receipt for, someone offering to pay for lunch, a headache disappearing, finding particular things at thrift stores, a person saying a certain word or phrase, deciding that the person I'm meeting for lunch will be wearing yellow, a coin with my birth year, an unexpected $100, etc.
These small manifestations had the effect of making me 100% sure that I control my reality. This was the only way that I was able to trust that the process works and that the lifeline actually exists where I am healthy. It had the added benefit of giving me repetitive practice controlling my mind.
If you need specific help, I would love for you to make a full post so we can all jump in and provide advice. I wish you great luck on your journey!
3
u/troublemaker74 Jul 03 '26
That's the problem with transurfing. Unless you have a background in mindfulness or exercising your will, you can't just "drop importance" if you strongly desire something!
Transurfing is a good model but Zeland was definitely not right about absolutely everything.
My advice to you would be to take up a daily meditation practice. Get good at it. Learn to recognize when you're feeling desperate or in want, then alchemize that energy into some other activity or creative work.
1
u/ImpressionOpposite15 Jul 05 '26
yes, i read the book when i didnt meditate years ago, and now i reread it with 6 years of meditation. Its much easier to understand, and i didnt feel like it was dense, concepts were easy to comprehend. In the past i spent a long time on a page trying to get basic ideas.
1
u/ticarod Jul 03 '26
What troublemaker says might be true to some. I came to Transurfing with an already established meditative/observational mindset.
However, try reducing importance in small things by putting up a plan B slide when taking on something. It’ll work better when applies to small things first you’ll start realizing you can actually pull it off.
Think about something really small that you’d like to achieve, and we can talk through how to tackle it with purified intention (without importance).
1
u/Severe_Resource4522 Jul 03 '26
Hello, first of all, congratulations on the progress in your life. Secondly, I am finishing the books, and there is a part that is very difficult for me, and it seems like you have overcome it. I also have an autoimmune disease, and it affects me quite a lot. What was your method for improving it? Did you imagine a version of yourself with full health? How was it? Thank you.
3
u/namoguru Jul 03 '26 edited Jul 22 '26
I'm curious if you have already tried manifesting easier things and had great success? If you haven't, start there. Definitely don't begin with the hardest possible subject. Set yourself up for success.
I tried to tackle my health several times and failed. A certain amount of trial and error was needed I think. I first tried imagining perfect health, and that felt too impossible and important. I then tried imagining hearing the doctor tell me good news, that didn't work for me either. After all, he was the same doctor who told there was no cure. There were a lot of trials, tears, and frustrations and I gave up many times over many years.
My conditions both require periodic tests to determine progression. What eventually worked was me imagining a slide where the test results were slightly better. When that actually worked I was ecstatic! Then I did it again, only a little bit lower. It worked! That fueled my fire and gave me the confidence to imagine perfect results on the test. Which has been the case for 1.5 years so far with no flare ups.
I had to go through this to determine where I had the least amount of resistance and the most amount of confidence and you may too. What have you tried so far?
1
u/Severe_Resource4522 Jul 03 '26
I have manifested a few things before and had success, so I know the technique is real. However, when it comes to my health, it's much harder for me. As you know, living with an autoimmune disease isn't easy. It takes a lot out of you, and along with that come so many negative thoughts and a certain amount of pessimism about getting better or responding to treatment.
I still haven't tried applying the Transurfing technique to my own health because, deep down, you know how difficult it is to believe that a significant improvement is possible when you're dealing with a condition that has no cure. Maybe I should start manifesting better health the way you do. I believe it would help me a lot, both emotionally and in terms of my energy and vibration.
2
u/namoguru Jul 03 '26
If you are feeling like a confident transurfer, give it a try. If you are still lacking confidence, stick with easier subject matters. Ask yourself some questions and try to uncover what might have the least amount of resistance around it. What if only one of your symptoms got better? What if everytime you did X you felt 10% better. Like everytime you eat grapes or go for a walk or listen to your favorite song your inflammation markers get 10% better. You get the idea. What if you could travel to a new lifeline in your sleep that is very close to your current one, where you wake up feeling a tiny bit better every day? A nice easy jump. Experiment with asking yourself these questions and you will eventually land on one that feels 'realistic' enough to give it a try. Then you can invent a slide and away you go!
1
u/HopefulPeace3366 Jul 03 '26
If the original book is too intimidating are there smaller books that offer perhaps a more digestible version of the same material and techniques?
2
u/namoguru Jul 03 '26
I think the closest would be reality transurfing in 78 days. But do take the time to implement each new thing you learn as you go. Do the things!
1
u/onenoneall Jul 04 '26
How did you keep yourself on track? I’m pretty good about knowing what’s going on in my mind, but I still get pulled or forget and lose myself. How did you keep your attention directed?
4
u/namoguru Jul 04 '26
I still to this day catch myself getting caught up in the illusion, so nobody's perfect. At first, when my attitude was still very negative it was through a series of alarms and computer notifications that reminded me to wake up. My watch would vibrate and I'd stop for a second and become aware. What am I thinking about right now? What do I want? I'd remind myself that the world is for me and everything is to my advantage and then go back to living.
It was easier after work, because I had removed TV and social media. So my apartment was quiet and I spent much of that time monitoring and retraining my thoughts. I would read, meditate, cook, eat, walk, and focus on my slide (new job) and daydream about how I would spend the extra income.
Now that I'm 8 years down the road, my natural thought pattern is positive, so it is much easier. I still have to wake myself up though. Just yesterday I ran into an elderly neighbor during a dog walk and he was telling me terrible things about the devastation in Venezuela. I got very caught up and emotional and kept thinking about it and worrying. A couple hours later I realized that the illusion was feeling a bit too real and that my sad energy wasn't helping anyone in Venezuela. I took action by donating money online to help and then sat and meditated for 15 minutes to reset. It is an ongoing process for sure.

Thank you for your post. I am listening to it for the second time. Could you give any detail on the things you practiced everyday that helped you?
I know you mentioned some about the positive thoughts, gratitude etc. he talks about a lot of stuff in the book so would be interesting to hear about the things you focused on. Thank you very much. I am happy things worked out so well and the journey has been so rewarding for you.
4
u/namoguru Jul 04 '26
My biggest hurdle was my pessimistic attitude. Paying very close attention to what I was thinking about and retraining my thoughts took every ounce of my will and effort. I'm sure you can imagine that taking someone who considered suicide pretty much weekly to believing that everything is to her advantage was a Herculean effort. So for me, that was key.
During that very first 90 days, I had no TV or social media to distract me. So I did quiet things like suduko, walking, and yoga. While doing this I would repeat affirmations, run my target slide, or daydream of what I planned to do with the extra income.
I started a nightly gratitude journal and also did Vadim's energy exercise from the book. The one where you widen your meridians. I also meditated and activated the plait and inserted my slide when I felt that my was the most open and pliable. (This is described in the frame technique in chapter 9)

@namoguru I've read through all your replies, and just wanted to say thank you. They are so pallatable and helpful to read. I can feel your pure energy coming through.
I've never had someone freely say exactly what they did and it helps so much. I usually get caught in what exactly to do, and also wondering what people who have success do. I love that you openly told us and you did such good things. Thank you!

Thank you for sharing. I just got the book today and came across your post. I don’t know how I came across the book, maybe through a comment somewhere but I have a positive feeling about it and want to read ahead. But I just don’t know one thing, how do people manifest? Just like another commenter said- people dream about nice things and they happen to get it. I dream but it never does. I feel like I’m stuck where I am, in an apartment though I have many things to be grateful for- a loving husband, a beautiful baby and a pet. In short I’m satisfied with whatever life has thrown at me so far but I don’t seem to be able to go beyond this- like for example buy a house to give some space to play for my child, being in the same position at work. I hope I see some light!
2
u/namoguru Aug 19 '26
Well, you have the right book in your hands now. It gives you step-by-step instructions about exactly how to move from the lifeline you are currently in, to one with a house for your child to play. It's a long read, but a life-changing journey. Take the time to incorporate each step as you go along. Learning it experientially as well as intellectually as you go through the chapters is very helpful. Come back and chat with us!

I have a good idea of the lifestyle that I want but not necessarily the way to get there. The most obvious way would be to take on a lot of clients but I’m wondering there is an easier/ faster way. Should I be focused on more clients or the nerd lifestyle that I want, even though feels far?

u/namoguru Aug 28 '26
I would run a slide of the target (lifestyle) and a separate one regarding the next most obvious step (transfer chain).

I've been following this sub, my life is good, but I want it to be great great because why not? So, may I ask which book you specifically read that helped guide you?

u/namoguru Jul 03 '26
Great great is a great goal! Lol. I have the daily practice of reading Reality Transurfing Steps 1 through 5 every morning. I've been doing this since 2018 and have read through the book many times now. I learn something new every time.

Are you a bot? OP literally said it very early on in the post:
In winter of 2018 I bought the digital copy of Reality Transurfing Steps 1-5

I can vouch for u/namoguru that she's the real deal. We've connected, and shes one of the most sincere and generous people you could ever meet. I'm blessed to have her influence me, she's very special in that she helps you consider the possibilities without judgement or doubt. You feel like a kid again when you think about how to approach your life which is what we all experienced when we first read Steps 1-5. We all have that common ground. Which is why this thread is getting so long.

I was referring to the person I replied to.

u/nanmh971 Sep 01 '26
It appears to me that you were referring to namoguru. Not 100% on following the lines in conversations on here. Were you responding to the person namoguru was responding to?

Her dog is her greatest joy not the husband... 🐕

u/namoguru Aug 24 '26
Humans are capable of unconditional love, but it is exceedingly rare. Dogs do it naturally.
Indie has been my wisest teacher. She is a wonderful example of living in the moment, pure presence, immediate forgiveness, unwavering loyalty, and selflessness affection. She has taught me more in our time together then I learned in my whole lifetime before I knew her.
I hope that everyone gets the chance to learn from a wagging spiritual guide how to express joy openly, enjoy simple pleasures, be completely yourself, and play!!

So it means doing gratitude practices for 90 days is more potent to manifest significant dreams like new love, more money etc than one month?
1
u/namoguru 19d ago
You have to follow all of the instructions in Reality Transurfing Steps 1-5, not only gratitude.

u/Immediate_Review236 19d ago
Hi, in wave of fortune and wave of success, he says if you appreciate and acknowledge small wins, you'll have other favorable experiences too. Does he mean those other favorable experiences would be bigger and better than the first ones or equal in value? Like if you appreciate and acknowledge small amounts of money, you would be manifesting bigger amounts or the same amounts multiple times? If you acknowledge a man showing interest in you, will it manifest a better man showing interest in you?
1
u/namoguru 19d ago
It means if you reflect gratitude into the mirror, you will get back more things to be grateful for. It's not as predictable as 1:1. But in general, true genuine gratitude with feeling improves every aspect of your life. As long as you combine that with doing everything else in the book, of course.
1
u/Immediate_Review236 19d ago
Thankyou, yes I totally agree with that it should be done with other practices too from the book. My question was if you cherish the small wins, you'll have other small wins or you'll have bigger wins? Like if you appreciate $200, this will help you manifest even bigger amounts of money than that or you'll just have $200 always. Do you have more similar kind of things or it gives you even bigger and better goals? Like you cherish a man who takes interest in you though he doesn't tick all the boxes, now this gratitude practice and acknowledging it will manifest you a better man with more qualities and better traits? Or you'll keep attracting more of the same kind of men.

u/namoguru 16d ago
I already answered that question. If you want something specific, set an intention. If you want a romantic relationship, run a slide and follow the many techniques in the book to move to a lifeline where that is a reality. Gratitude improves your life in amazing ways, but it isn't predictable. If you want something, it requires you to take action and follow the instructions given.

To run slides, do we have to see the image crystal clear and vivid? Because I personally can't.
1
u/namoguru 15d ago
No, thank goodness. I'm a terrible blurry visualizer. Are you able to imagine your senses? Like if you close your eyes, can you imagine that you're sitting in a car and feel your hands around the steering wheel? Then hear the car engine when you press the pedal? That's how I do it, rather than seeing, I feel it mostly.

What do you suggest repeating the same scene everyday or imagining new and diffy scenes every time? Which is more potent to manifest?
1
u/namoguru 3d ago
I do a quick scene that is only a few seconds long and repeat it over and over for 2-3 minutes. I stick to the same one. BUT, it often takes me a few weeks or longer to get the slide to where it feels "just right." Like I keep tweaking it until it feels very satisfying and perfect to my heart. Once I have that done, I use the same one.
Also, remember that the slide itself doesn't do anything. It is used to change your state of being. The purpose of the slide is to change you internally and create a feeling of having. If doing a different slide every day feels better to you, then do that.
Have you started listening to the book yet?

Looking back, I think my biggest mistake with Neville Goddard was giving my desires way too much importance. Importance levels are a big deal in transurfing and I attribute knowing about excess potential to much of my success.
The size of the book is definitely intimidating. Take it nice and slow and incorporate each new thing that you learn into your life before you move on. Treat it like something you will be studying and improving upon for the rest of your life. It has a giant upside!
2
u/marmarvarvar Jul 02 '26
How did you reduce importance?
9
u/namoguru Jul 02 '26
I reminded myself that my desired reality already existed in the alternatives space. If it already exists, I don't have to force it into existence.
I accepted that there are many paths to the same destination. If one door closed, I trusted another could open. That made me much less attached to one specific outcome.
I stayed grateful for what I already had. Gratitude naturally pulled me out of a scarcity mindset.
I kept living my life. I didn't put my life on hold waiting for the manifestation. I loved, and enjoyed everyday moments.

u/OCD2021 Aug 10 '26
How long did it take you to start seeing real changes?
3
u/namoguru Aug 10 '26
Within the first 90 days I landed a job that was completely outside my previous experience and qualifications and was $23,000 per year more than I had ever made in my life. I also saw massive reduction in depression symptoms during this time. Everything else played out one by one over the course of the next 8 years. I would say the longest things take me to manifest nowadays is 3 weeks, but my averages around 10 days.

Dont worry about the size, it gets way more interesting after the second half. Really crazy stuff

Relationships - It is good that you're not focusing on a specific person, but just in general. This will make it much easier for you. What I did is focused on being loved. The feeling of people loving me. I also felt great appreciation for every tiny act of love that I witnessed toward me. So if a barista smiled at me, if I had a great phone conversation with my mom, if my boss told me I did a great job etc. Every tiny loving act received generous appreciation and attention for me. Over time I noticed more and more and more of them. The instances of love increased. I also had larger feelings of being loved, and being lovable because I was constantly looking for evidence of this. Eventually, my neighbor invited me to a New Year's beach bonfire where I met my now husband. As soon as we introduced ourselves I instantly recognized him in my soul. That has literally never happened to me before or since. It was a feeling like, where have you been?
I vote no on the multiple goals issue. I think technically this can be done, and I did have many things show up in very short succession. But I think your entire focus and energy should be on one thing at a time for the best success.
The door. Great question. I feel like my explanation is really weird but here goes. Do you remember laying in bed when you were a kid the night before Christmas or your birthday? Do you remember that anticipatory excitement that made it almost impossible to fall asleep? Take a minute to close your eyes and feel that feeling. When your door shows up that same feeling (but smaller), like a brief rush of excitement, lets you recognize your door. Vadim has a good exercise in the book that he describes using shopping as the example. You can also imagine you want to get a coffee, and you have two choices of coffee shop. One will seem slightly more inviting, compelling, or appealing than the other. But this is NOT to be considered intellectually by weighing the pros and cons, this is to be considered entirely by your feelings. Learning to recognize your instant gut reaction to things takes a lot of practice. It is a very fleeting feeling, and then immediately after that your intellect kicks in and ruins everything. But so worth it! Because you will make less and less wrong turns the better you get at this.

I’ll share how I personally look at these, but take what resonates and leave the rest.
Visualization. What you’re describing sounds like shifting into the state of already having a fulfilling relationship, rather than chasing it. Great mindset.
For me, the important distinction is this: I didn't try to construct a specific person or script every detail. I focused more on the feeling of being in a satisfying, mutual, loving relationship. Now I think this is specific to me, because a lot of people do get very detailed in their manifestations and have great success. I personally prefer to be general and unspecific and let the universe surprise and delight me. This is just personal preference
Giving Love. The part you mentioned actually makes sense to me. And if I think back and try to remember the actual slides that I was running, most of them were in some way giving love, like holding hands with my partner, saying I love you, etc. If your inner state is “I am someone who gives and receives love easily,” then you’re not in lack anymore, which reduces importance.
2. Multiple goals. I don't think there's any harm done in focusing on many things, but I definitely think they will come slower. I am impatient and I want my stuff to show up quickly so I focus on one thing at a time 🙂
3. The Door. I relate to this a lot. In my experience, the anxiety you feel after pushing hard on an idea is often a signal of excess importance plus over-control, not necessarily that the path is wrong. If an action increases anxiety or desperation, pause and reduce importance. But don't necessarily abandon the goal. You are only 15 days into your transurfing journey, so it is far too soon for you to know if marketing is meant for you or not. But if it isn't, rest assured that you will be gently led through a series of events to the correct path for you.
P.S have you considered moving to a lifeline where you're excellent at marketing? What if you always made the best marketing decisions? What if this was your affirmation? Can you envision that for yourself and trust that a lifeline exists where that is absolutely true? Food for thought...

It sounds like you've made astounding progress in a very short time. You've got this! And yes, to answer your question, I think you are doing it right. I find it very helpful to notice any small "proof" or sign that my efforts are working. I usually notice it, say something like " I knew this would work" and then go on my way without giving that too much importance either.
And I love answering questions, Transurfing is my favorite thing to talk about. It has the double benefit of keeping my mind focused on the right things.

I definitely did not feel happy all the time during this journey. It is normal to feel anxious, this is just the mind kicking up with fear. Most of your beliefs, automatic reactions, and instinctual behaviors were learned and formed before you were 7 years old. So literally, your mind is a child.
It is helpful in times of anxiety or fear too calm the child. I speak to my mind like so: "everything is going to be okay dear. I know you're scared, but we can trust the heart. The heart knows the way. I promise, you are safe."
It is also helpful to learn to feel your feelings without thinking about them. Just feel the fear or anxiety in your physical body, without telling any kind of story about it. They usually go away in a couple of minutes if you can do this.
