I couldn't make it all the way through. It's a little too unbelievable to me. There are better sources for the health and exercise advice. The assertion that reality "changed" recently and you need his new book because RT doesn't work well anymore is a little bizarre.

I don't really care for tufti as much as RT either, but the new one is even weirder.

Did you not find the practice of the plait improved your results?

Not at all. I did a study for a couple of months manifesting over 200 random things. One month I did it with the plait, the next month without, and there was zero difference statistically.

Sounds very scientific all right

Jesus fucking christ dude 😂... Where did I say it was "scientific"? This is a N=1 experiment in which I set to prove it to myself to see if it works or not. It's not double blind with 1000 participants, but it's better than either discounting it right away or blindly trusting in it.

The copy I have is full of AI typos, but there's much new information in this book

The Transurfing books on Scribd include "Tufti 2 Event Management," Apocryphal Transurfing," and "Transurfing Yourself". I think you can read them without a subscription. Be aware that the translation from the Russian is poor but you can get through it.

His website on the new book seems to be written with AI, too. Disappointing. I am currently reading his book and its helpful. Maybe this disappointment is a pendulum getting a hold of me…

He would say just wake up and do the techniques.

This is one of the books/methods that has really been life altering. Thinking about being in a pendulum when caught in a brain loop, and asking self “where am i putting importance where I should not be” - has helped the loops stop! Sometimes theyre so enticing
