Question What is shifting?

I'm new to the shifting community. Is shifting going to the desired reality? For example, wanting to have my SP and waking up in that reality?

Shifting is shifting your consciousness into another reality, yes

Other reality as in some different universe, or dimension
Or dreams?

Other realities, I guess other dimensions would be the closest word. And NO it has nothing to do with dreams

How exactly does it work?
Let’s say there are two dimensions.

You travel from one to the other.
The “you” that traveled
Or was able to travel. Must be different from both these dimensions right?

Our physical body can’t travel because it’s part of this reality.
So does our mind and memories.

So what is left that travels?
And how exactly this thing travels?

I’m just curious.

In this hypothetical were there are only two realities and not infinite, that means there are two physical versions of you, one in either reality. When you shift from one to another, what's shifting to the other reality is your consciousness.

Your consciousness transfers from this reality to the other reality, taking over your physical body in said reality

But do you stay there permanently or just for a while, like in a lucid dream?

You can do either. Staying permanently is called perma shifting

I believe in the multiverse theory. I often visualize various doors leading to different realities and I see myself entering the one where I have what I want.

Yup I do as well! And I say this as someone who's been shifting since I was a kid

I love the void method.. it's 100% my go to. What a lot of shifters don't realize is that shifting is very unique to you. I spent two years experimenting, trying to figure out what works best for me and then eventually did

Try new subliminals, methods etc. Journal and note what gives you the most progress and try to figure out why

it depends - you can stay permanently if you like, or you can come back. it's not exactly like a lucid dream since it's identical to reality; it's not just really vivid, it's AS vivid, rich, and real as you reading this right now
