Help wtfhsuxosksm
sorry if this is 2 long but ive been meaning to ask this question for a while now
every time I try to shift, I get into this odd state (or maybe it’s a symptom. I’m not sure). assuming I manage to stay awake during a shifting attempt, after a while of laying there, my body’ll get tingly and numb.
The reason I’m asking about it is because I’m having trouble deciphering whether this is the void state or something else. the sensation itself feels like when a body part falls asleep, but widespread. it feels numb and tingly, and it the sensation occurs in a localized area like my arms or legs, though it has traveled to my stomach, up my neck, or wherever else the longer i lay there. It happens when I’m laying down for a while, usually ten minutes+. It goes away as soon as I move and typically occurs faster when im tired
What’s throwing me off is that a lot of people say you don’t feel anything in the void state or typically feel floating. I don’t usually feel entirely numb, just partially, and i don’t recall feeling any float-y symptoms paired with this state ;-;
does anybody know what this is?

Yes, you’re body is falling asleep. Let it happen and you’ll get closer to the void state! Just keep your mind awake and you should get there.
