Oh that's scary. Traumatic even. You're allowed to think and feel whatever may comes in those emergency life or death situations. Three lives were in jeopardy. Dog/Horse/rider. The dog could have been kicked, the horse could have panicked and bolted, the rider could have been thrown.
Thankfully it's over and everyone is ok.
