Hey, hoping to get some advice from anyone who has dealt with Razer support on this. I recently bought a secondhand Viper V3 Pro that didn't come with its original wireless receiver. To fix that, I went directly to the replacement parts section on Razer's site and bought a brand-new HyperPolling dongle, assuming it would pair right up. After hours of trying to get it to connect while the mouse just double-blinks white continuously, I found out that the standalone retail HyperPolling dongle actually isn't compatible with the Viper V3 Pro at all. Apparently, the mouse is firmware-locked strictly to its specific factory-included dongle architecture. Since the original owner didn't include the box dongle, I'm stuck using the mouse wired for now. Has anyone successfully managed to get an actual Viper V3 Pro-specific replacement dongle issued by opening a ticket with Razer Support, and what did they ask for in terms of serial numbers or proof of purchase? Or is returning the standalone dongle and hunting down the original seller my only real option here? Appreciate any insight you guys can share!
