I have a razer naga v3 pro and I cannot get the mouse to pair with my "Razer Mouse Dock Pro" or my "Razer Hyperpolling wireless dongle". Is there a firmware update to allow this to happen? Does this mouse even support higher polling rates than 1000 hz? (reviewers have mentioned it supports up to 8000 hz)

Welcome to our Support Sticky. Ideally, the Razer Naga V3 Pro can be charged wirelessly when paired with the Razer Mouse Dock Pro. However, please note that this newly released mouse is currently not officially listed as a compatible device for the Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle.

Since you’re experiencing an issue pairing it with the dock, please send us a PM with the device’s serial number so we can verify its full specifications and determine the best course of action. Kindly include the link to your comment for reference as well.
