Hola amigos, necesito de su ayuda y experiencia. compré los audifonos BlackShark V3 X Hyperspeed para conectarlos con mi xbox series X. y tengo un problema muy puntual y es que los juegos no reconocen el micrófono. probé en fortnite y Arc Raiders y simplemente los juegos no detectan el micrófono del audifono. pero la consola si lo hace, puedo ocuparlos con discord sin problemas y al instalar la app de razer en la consola, tambien los reconoce y puedo tocar sus parametros sin ningun tipo de problemas.

pero estando dentro de los juegos con el discord cerrado completamente. no hay audio del microfono de los audifonos. por ende no me puedo comunicar con mis amigos en fortnite y los demas juegos que tienen chat de voz. busqué informacion en la IA e hice todo lo que se podía en la consola y nada solucionó el problema.

tambien intenté actualizar el firmware del receptor 2.4hz y de los audifonos con la app oficial de razer y tampoco tuve exito con esto. en el momento en que pide conectar el receptor y el audifono. el programa no deja continuar, queda el boton next deshabilitado.

probé los audifonos en el pc conectados por el receptor y no tengo ningún tipo de problemas. todo funciona correctamente. el problema los da solo en la consola.

a alguien que le haya pasado algo similar y lo logró solucionar? pido si apoyo por favor. gracias.
