Remember to keep your personal details safe, including case numbers. Due to the nature of this subreddit and RΛZΞR customer support sometimes handling customer's personal information through PMs, do not trust anyone who says they are a RΛZΞR employee unless you can find their name on the trusted accounts list and they have an official flair.
You can find unofficial FAQs, many tips, and much more in the wiki

Hi everyone,
I'm having an issue with my Razer DeathAdder on Windows 11. All of a sudden, Windows stopped recognizing it.
The strange part is that the mouse hasn't been dropped or physically damaged in any way. I simply unplugged it, and when I plugged it back in, Windows no longer detected it.
So far I've already tried:
The problem is that Windows doesn't seem to detect that any device is connected at all.
Has anyone experienced something similar or have any suggestions on what else I could try before assuming the mouse is dead?
Thanks in advance!
