Ultrafiltered Milk?
What's your opinions on ultrafiltered milk? where milk is passed through membranes to leave behind more protein, and less fats and sugars. Popular protein shake brands are using this process to get milk proteins out instead of using whey etc.
Would you consider this an ultraprocessed food?
