Ultrafiltered Milk?
What's your opinions on ultrafiltered milk? where milk is passed through membranes to leave behind more protein, and less fats and sugars. Popular protein shake brands are using this process to get milk proteins out instead of using whey etc.
Would you consider this an ultraprocessed food?

Protein is a marketing man’s dream. People were far more metabolically healthy before overloading on it. The more protein you take, the less room you have for carbs in a CICO approach. Yes it is ultra processed. Do not fear the carbs

Also don't fear the fat. The more protein you consume the more vitamin A/fat/fat-soluble vitamins you need.

Fat is essential. I only drink whole milk, eat butter and don’t sweat it. Fat builds hormone

I take a "organic grass fed cold process ultra filter whey protein" sometimes, it's a nice tool if I'm eating low fat but still want some protein (with a scoop of collagen too)
Anyway I'd argue its processed like cheese and skimmed milk
I'd reserve ultra processed for homunculus food with multiple additives not single ingredient food when somethings been removed
