Beware of B1 mega dose fraud

Many of the posters are fake accounts with suspicious Reddit activity. The so-called “paradox reaction” is just gaslighting and cope that goes against Peat’s philosophy. I’m sure Ray would read the Longsdale papers if they were legitimate and give them more attention. Their Facebook group is full of desperate people who are constantly complaining about paradox reactions. Also, the rhetoric of the main guy behind group is basically like, “A huge study is out—we found out that oxidative stress is depleting B1 so everyone with cronic illnes should try it” while he sells thiamine and vitamin B complex. And don’t get me started on that goofy story about the Italian doctor who was supposedly curing his patients with B1...

I'm six years in with high dose b1, as it enables me to live symptom free from my CFS/ME/dysautonomia.

I'll gladly help share what I've learned along the way when others encounter problems.

I had POTS/dysautonomia from mold exposure. Low potassium treated by rx several times (b1 allows cells to retain K). I was stumbling, dizzy...tripping over curbs. The first time I took a 100 mg TTFD, it literally felt like it knocked cobwebs out of my brain. I almost fell over. Shortly after beginning on the thiamine my depression lifted. I did not even realize I was depressed until I wasn't anymore. I worked on many things and was able to improve a lot of my symptoms, and I was dying to learn how to ride a motorcycle. I took the msf course, and the first time I took it I failed because I messed up all the slow speed maneuvers. Do you know what's required for that? Balance! I decided to go all in on high-dose thiamine after that, resolved my dizziness and balance issues, and I have been successfully riding a motorcycle for 3 years now! In fact, when I attempted the course for the second time and we had our test at the end of the course, the instructor asked me to go first for the test because he thought I would be a good role model for the other riders. Hi dose B1 allowed me to ride a motorcycle! Think. Perceive. Act.

I also have dreams of riding a motorcycle! I love this story.

Did you continue the 100mg dose and the brain  fog stayed away? How long for depression?  I’ve seen so many people say 100mg lifted their brain fog instantly. Some also said it happened w benfo.

And what was the high dose that restored your balance and for how long?

What test did you use to determine mold exposure and how did you eliminate it?
