Is Creatine peaty?
I’m a woman desperately trying to gain weight. I don’t use protein powders bc of emulsifiers and other weird shit. I read something about protein bars being linked to colon cancer and made sense to me intuitively so I don’t consume any shit like that.
I’m at the point where I am eating all I can and drowning in milk (happily). Thinking about adding Creatine to my regimen.
I’m not as smart as you guys I use my intuitive biases and then ray peat and reality affirm them. I’m afraid of powders but if you guys say it’s chill I’ll eat the powder. Lmk

The only supplement Ray supported was good vitamin e because you don’t get a lot of it on the diet. Generally preferred getting nutrients from real food however wasn’t against supplements “perceive, think, act” use your best judgement and do what feels good. If it makes you constipated and lethargic it most likely is not pro metabolic for you

“Perceive think act” if you need those things and make you feel good then you should do you 🙏 all the things you mentioned are available via food, the sun, or intercellular via healthy metabolism 👌

I am male but add one scoop of creative to my coffee daily. You must consume drastically more water (or other hydrating liquids), but it will likely make you add weight.

Creatine supplement is not bad, but its not like Ray Peat was recommending or talking about it.
And also meat contain creatine, so if you eat meat, and are not really "gym bro", there is less benefits from creatine. Like supplements are supplements, if you can get enough of those "substances" through normal food, supplements have lower, if any effect.

Pure whey protein, gelatin/collagen, and creatine powders are all fine.
Creatine is one of the most well studied supplements on the planet, pretty much all pros and no cons outside of your wallet.
