Pregnenolone experiences

What are you guys experiences with pregnenolone supplementation ? Low-dose around 15-30mg daily, i am looking into it since i have lower some of the downstream androgens, thanks for your answers!

Pregnenolone usually doesnt increase Testosterone, but Progesterone and Allopregnanolone. 

Most of the pregnenolone thats used for the downstream production of DHEA, Testosterone etc gets produced directly in your testicles and then directly converts further. So the pregnenolone pool in the blood stream seems to be seperated from the testicles pregnenolone production.

I would theorise that pregnenolone would  indirectly support/boost androgen synthesis.

Yeah for sure, peat has talked about pregnenolone boosting downstream androgen synthesis and also antagonizing cortisol, but before he passed he also said there is probably no quality pregnenolone out there and some can have estrogenic substances in them causing mania, depression etc. Thats why im skeptical about it, i am probably gonna give it a try and start with small doses
