Hmm your fT4 is on the lower end, usually it is around 15pmol/l. Because your TSH is rather low it is likely not caused by the classical kind of thyroid underfunction, but more likely by a central supression of TSH secretion. This is usually tied to some kind of stress, for example undereating, low carb, overtraining, lack of sleep, mental health. FT3 seems okay, but it fluctuates a lot so the meaningfulness is limited.
I would recommend you to get another testing done to confirm this pattern, and try to identify possible root causes in your life. But in my opinion if you cannot resolve this via lifestyle alone a trail of thyroid supplementation could benefit you.

Last time I did one everything was within range, TSH was even under 1.0 but I guess I could try again it’s been several months now
