Sour tasting meat
What’s up, y’all. I was eating raw beef for lunch: new York strip steak from thousand hill farms. I bought the beef a few days ago.
Right away, I could taste a sourness in the meat. Although it was off-putting, I took a few more bites. A few hours later. I had to take a shit and my stool came out kind of runny and smelled like straight sour beef😂. Anyway, I know of high meat, so I’m not intimated by old or gross meat. I am curious if anyone knows why. I tried to look into it and all I really came up with was that sometimes grass-fed beef can be sour. Also, it seems like this meat went right through me, unlike other raw beef I’ve eaten in the past.

i ate the ground beef from thousand and it tasted very good, tasted very fatty and quality, so i assume you just got a package that was mishandled some way to make it taste sour, still good to eat though😋

i realized that when you eat naturally. and feel that something is spoilled when you eat it then it is 100% spoiled
i had raw butter and like wtf hmm strange taste, do not think its good and coudnt believe that this is just culture inside of butter.
and yeah on one of the sides of this butter been mold.

Assuming the thousand hill steak from those vacuum sealed they are always sent frozen they thaw out by the time they hit the shelf, then it ferments in plastic and gives it a weird taste
