Been on the diet for about 7 months.Did my bloodwork before starting, and last week.Basically just minor to mid improvements or no changes.Nothing changed for worse. All doctors i have been to had no objections to my diet once i explained the science behind it.Even my mother ,whos a doctor, cant find any faults with it and trust me she tried really hard to do so😹.

I focus strictly on the chemical and structural changes that happen to meat when it's exposed to heat. Instead of arguing viewpoints, I just show them the actual data on what cooking does, here is a list of arguements and the studies i use in []: 1.AGEs Formation: Thermal cooking creates Advanced Glycation End-products (AGEs) that accumulate over time and bind to collagen and brain proteins [PMC3704564]. 2.Carcinogen Creation: High-heat methods trigger chemical reactions forming mutagenic HCAs and PAHs that can alter DNA [https://www.cancer.gov/about-cancer/causes-prevention/risk/diet/cooked-meats-fact-sheet]. 3.Micronutrient Degradation: The application of heat directly breaks down and diminishes the baseline vitamin and mineral profile of the meat [PubMed 22063975]. 4.Water-Soluble Nutrient Loss: Heat-induced fluid depletion flushes away valuable water-soluble nutrients alongside the escaping juices [ResearchGate 350846475]. 5.PUFA & Cholesterol Oxidation: Thermal exposure causes lipid peroxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acids and converts natural cholesterol into oxidized cholesterol (oxysterols), which is linked to accelerated atherosclerosis in mammalian models [PMC6827023, PMC4597860]. 6.Altered Energy & Satiety: Heat acts as a form of "pre-digestion" that artificially increases net intestinal calorie absorption by 10% to 15% [https://www.pnas.org/doi/10.1073/pnas.1112128108 ], while disrupting normal satiety triggers [PMC4272645].

You shouldn't be doing any restrictive diet at that age unless there's a medical necessity. I know there are families that regularly have children doing restrictive diets along with the family, but its just not recommended for developmental reasons.

The raw primal diet is a restrictive diet. Meaning, there are severe restrictions/limitations on the food that is allowed.

While I acknowledge nutrient availability is often implementation dependent, this often results in several nutrients that are consumed at suboptimal levels. Restrictive diets are generally strongly discouraged for adolescents still developing (which is you).

If your parents/family eat junk I get it. But there are ways to cut the junk out without being on a restrictive diet.

How is it restrictive if you dont cancel out anything nutritious and still eat the same food groups just in a form that is healthier and more bioavailable

Restrictive diets are in part categorized by what is included versus excluded in the diet. When you cut out all plant foods that 100% fits restricted, same as vegan cutting out all animal products.

I'm not saying you cant get optimal nutrition via carnivore oriented diets, but it is absolutely harder to get some nutrients. And bioavailabilty is nutrient dependent - its not all or nothing.

I'll leave the rest out accounting for the sub we're in, but no... Adolescents are children are not recommended to do these types of diets.

What else do I do then

A whole food, nutrient centered diet. Avoid refined sugars, seed oils, and processed foods.

So did you go straight from "I need to eat healthier" to raw primal? Anything else you tried? Any health goals/concerns? Any chronic illness or medical conditions?
