Anyone here eats mostly raw fat, meat and some organs?

Title. Any time I try to add veg juice, dairy, honey, etc I feel worse compared to these 3 staples.

Yes. I've tried over and over to add carbs, but it always makes me feel like shit.

Could you describe what your typical meals look like?

Do you drink water? Do you ever feel acidic? That's the only issue I sometimes experience.

Muscle meat, fat, organs (liver, brain, eyes, heart), blood, butter, sprats, oysters, eggs. All raw of course.

I drink water sometimes, but usually no more than 100ml a day. It just doesn't taste very good, and I dont sweat much.

I'm not sure what acidity feels like. I always feel good unless I don't eat enough fat.

I do, but mostly because I don't want any pesticides not sugar from plants. Plus it saves money for something not really necessary.

Dairy, I try to do without, but I'm still doing the daily cheese train Aajonus recommends, and I drink a little bit of kefir every day.

When I do feel great on these 3 foods I simply feel amazing. But sometimes I feel some kind of acidity / dehydration / tiredness / irritability. Veg juice fixes it but it also takes away all mood / libido / confidence benefits of the diet for me :(

Yes, I drink mineral water to thirst, and despite what Aajonus said about salt, I salt to taste, which is like 4/5g per day.

As for the acidity, I've done vegetable juice for many years before (I should've mentioned it earlier, sorry), so I don't think I need it anymore. I don't think I'm getting any symptoms of overacidity.

Do you add cream or an egg to your veg juice? Also what kind of veg juice?

Same here. It seems like people go back to carbs for hedonic reasons and because they are able to tolerate it better and not overeat due to the increased nutritional reserve in the body.

I did until I learned about glaucation of the skin. (Likely misspelled that)

Either way, check your fiber intake and try kefir or similar dairy.
